Q: Marketing person has shown us couple of completed flats in Sai Poorna High-End and Premier. Though I didn't like the floor plan in High-End, the quality of construction seemed good. Premier's flat floor plan for 3bhk caught my eyes and wanted to book the same. I am bit concerned about the reputation of this builder as I couldn't find many reviews of him. Can someone who has any knowledge about this builder, please throw some light... How is the builder reputation in terms of construction quality and amenities? Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in Vasavi Majestica at Medavakkam. I find lots of bad comments about this project and this builder. When I asked them, they say that they had those problems, but now they are clear. They promised me 3950 per sq ft. Handover Dec 2013. Q: Dear Sir, I am Abhijit Bhatt. I had given Rs. 14 lacs (including Rs. 1 lacs cheque) for the flat in Binori Sonnet some months ago. And at that time I had booked flat G-402 in this scheme. But due to uneven circumstances I had to cancel this flat and some 3 or 4 months ago I informed Mr. Rajubhai and Mr. Shantilal regarding this. At that time they assured me that they will refund all the money whenever the flat will be sold. Much time has passed but I am not getting refund. I also met Mr. Raju and Mr. Shantilal for many times before Diwali and after Diwali. I also met Mr. Raju for the same. But I am still not getting any satisfactory answer from their side. Hi Jaks..i would suggest you to go for proper stamp duty and registration payment. Hello ..there are certain points to be careful about before signing an agreement. For example Check that all figures and any other information inserted into the agreement are correct or not, make sure the agreement clearly states the rights and duties of the parties, if there the builder does not deliver the project on time there must be a clause of penalty etc. Hello ..there are certain points to be careful about before signing an agreement. Q: Dear Sir, I am interested in investing in Nilgirihomes which is located in Rampally,Pocharam Hyderabad. But i am not sure if this investment will be good or not? 1) As we dont know what will be the Telangana impact on this. 2) Also I can't see much companies there apart from Infosys and Raheja Mindspace. For one week, commuters will have to find alternative routes as BBMP has temporarily closed a 2-km stretch for maintenance work. There was a huge traffic pile up in City Market, Chamarjpet and commuters were confused as they were not updated about the traffic diversion.
