I am planning to buy a flat in Vasavi Majestica at Medavakkam. I find lots of bad comments about this project and this builder. When I asked them, they say that they had those problems, but now they are clear.
They promised me 3950 per sq ft. Handover Dec 2013.
Can I believe their promises and go ahead to book flat in this project. Please give me ur comments. Also please suggest any other flats near n around Jeyachandran Nagar and Kovilambakkam area.

Dear Sir, I am Abhijit Bhatt. I had given Rs. 14 lacs (including Rs. 1 lacs cheque) for the flat in Binori Sonnet some months ago. And at that time I had booked flat G-402 in this scheme. But due to uneven circumstances I had to cancel this flat and some 3 or 4 months ago I informed Mr. Rajubhai and Mr. Shantilal regarding this. At that time they assured me that they will refund all the money whenever the flat will be sold.
Much time has passed but I am not getting refund. I also met Mr. Raju and Mr. Shantilal for many times before Diwali and after Diwali. I also met Mr. Raju for the same. But I am still not getting any satisfactory answer from their side. So, I kindly request you to do needful and give the refund as soon as possible. Thanks and regards, Abhijit Bhatt

Hi Jaks..i would suggest you to go for proper stamp duty and registration payment. Hello ..there are certain points to be careful about before signing an agreement. For one week, commuters will have to find alternative routes as BBMP has temporarily closed a 2-km stretch for maintenance work. There was a huge traffic pile up in City Market, Chamarjpet and commuters were confused as they were not updated about the traffic diversion.
