Latest Answer: Actually, the Edapally - Aroor NH bypass is not the only spot, even the bridges along this stretch are in horiible condition, all uneven and full of potholes.I think thats why the people under Kochi For Change (KFC) staged that protest few days ago.

Latest Answer: If you let out a regular 2bhk apartment near Kochi infopark, then you can charge upto Rs 16,000 if it is semi-furnished. If its fully furnished then you can charge up to Rs 20,000. If the apartment complex has amenities like gym, swimming pool, etc, you can even charge an additional Rs 2000 per month. Flats are generating more rent than houses, so I’d advise you to invest in flats only.

The Metro work really cannot afford to get delayed any further because this is happening all over Kochi. So many problems are being raised because of this project and it's high time everyone cooperated together so that Kochi will get the development that it deserves. Water had to be pumped out with large pipes and then only could the work resume. Better planning and enforcement of civic facilities will help avoid such situations in the future!
