Q: Hi, I am interested in buying a plot at the mist valley. When I was researching, I got an extremely varied/mixed versions coming from the Concorde customers. Some claim that the plots are not authentic and Concorde had showcased fake documents and that Concorde is troubling the customers without refunding the payement. The other side was where in I saw extremely favourable reviews, although claims are being made that the reviews are theatred and not actual customer reviews. I understand that you can counter these claims by saying that these were written by your competitors. I feel the best way for me to get a fair picture is, you send the contact information (even mail address would do) of the customers that received their registration documents from Phase 1 so that I can get in touch with them to have a better feel for the projects. Hi, I have bought two plots in 2011 , initially there was a delay from concorde abt the registration and they kept saying some lies as they had some loan. but got it registered after 2 months. I dont have any loan. Got the khata and paid the property tax . the project is a bit delayed but so far no other issues.
I feel the rate they are quoting is okay. I want to know who all have approved the project.

Q: Hi All, I am blocking an apartment in E-City Town by GM Infinite builder; up front it looks like a steal. Nothing is much said about them but there has been a buzz here and there about the builder. They could be intentionally posted by their direct/indirect competitors as well. Nothing very substantial on the net. Their project Springfields is running on delay of 3 years but it is the same dismal situation for all high rise apartment in Bangalore. Request you to do some recce as well and do not forget to post your comments. Please advise and suggest on the quality of construction and credibility of builder. Please Help !!! I am really not sure but I hope it is good. With Neo in the back drop it will definitely be a cheese cake provided they deliver in time and to what they had promised. Q: This review is post construction of Goyal cos Orchid Woods@Hennur Road In my last review I talked about Goyal cos professionalism and empathy for customer. Well the project is almost ready and I must add three more adjectives for the property and the builders- Honesty, Quality and customer centricity. On the Orchid wood@ Hennur Road -they have taken utmost care to completely adhere to initial commitments and add few things on top of it for customer delight. Builder is losing its reputation due to delivery of poor quality project, it is almost running late by a year and above that entire team is arrogant. They don't know how to serve customers and also have lapsed in multiple factors. I would not recommend this property.

The township comprises lavish apartments, luxurious villas, villa plots, a huge 5-star clubhouse, international theme parks, a temple and a beautiful lake inside the campus.

I does not agree with this . BALA KRISHNA REDDY is fraud builder. Before buying any property either from ISHA MISTY GREEN/ ISHA Casablanca. Contact any person who has already purchaser. You will not buy flat from him. People who has taken flat from him has started procedure for Legal action. Soon this builder will close ISHA INFRA PROJECTS and run away.
What is the issue with their projects? @ Madhav, is telling that the project has got all the approvals and all. Please through some light.
