Is there any written commitment on the flat that you are willing to occupy from the builder? If yes, then you can take legal help and sort out the case. If no, then there is no proof of the commitment you made with the builder. You can also check with the receipts and other documents the builder provided at the time of booking. Satellite is one the prominent localities in Ahmedabad. The price trends on Satellite have been witnessing various ups and downs. The price per sq. ft. was at Rs 5348 in Oct-Dec 2012 quarter and then price appreciated to Rs 5660 in the quarter of Jan-Mar 2013. In the Apr-June quarter of 2013, the locality price depreciated to Rs 5291 per sq. ft. Right now the price is low so if you are planning to buy, you can go forward.
