I have booked the flat in this project in 2013 and since then i am closely watching the ongoing slow pace of construction work. Will this project ever get completed ? Even now bank is also not financing this project. When contacted to the project management they says of facing problem in getting the licence renewed and case is pending in the court.

As per Jan 28, Economic times: Germany agreed to partner with India in developing three smart cities and a six-member joint committee has been set up in this regard to evolve the way forward including identification of those cities in three months. The committee will have two representatives of the Urban Development Ministry, one from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, and three from Germany. In India this concept of smart city will surely boost up the real estate marketing too.
