I could not agree more with the above members reply. Aminanad has traditionally been a hub for artists doing chikankari work and its location is right at the beginning of old Lucknow. There are a few residential apartments available in the region but they all come from small time local developers which somehow do not auger confidence in the hearts and minds of the common people.I could not agree more with the above members reply. Some of the buildings have not been constructed even though other buildings started later are being constructed as they sold it at higher rate. Hi all,
I want to tell you that about 90% projects are stalled due to lack of clearances and land disputes. Almost 18 projects are stuck up in between out of the total 20 proposed projects. In some housing projects eve though the flats are ready, still they cannot not be given officially to allottees due to the carelessness of officials.Hi all,

In UP, there is no such exemption is granted by the UP Government. ‘House Tax’ is not a central subject as per the Constitution of India and the Central Govt cannot pass any directions to States or local authorities on the same. However most of the States and Municipal / local bodies have exempted defence personnel from house and property tax. Sopan Enclave and Aadra Apartments are Lucknow Development Authoritys new housing scheme 2017 for general public. For that they have published a official advertisement on their official website for online booking. Under this housing scheme, the authority is offering 1472 flats for sale, 149 flats under Sopan Enclave and 45 flats under Aadra Apartments.
