Latest Answer: I don’t really agree with that prediction. Elysium properties are good, and if they are well maintained then prices will still go up with the locality. If you see rent wise, apartments in Elysium Gardenia are renting out at an average of Rs.22,000. It is much lesser in Triumph City. Also, amenities wise, I don’t think there’s any confusion, both are providing normal amenities. If Triumph has tennis court, then Gardenia has fully automatic laundry machines attached in the stilt floors for residents to use. It all comes down to your budget man. Both are similar properties, but almost 20 lacs price difference. I hope you can make a decision, good luck man

I heard that people living on Avinashi road are experiencing lot of difficulties because of lack of civic facilities in the area? What is the current situation?
Latest Answer: Yeah see because of the work not being completed, everyone had to take the flyover route (it was the only road that was open). This created so much of a traffic jam on the bridge that vehicles had to standstill for hours. Literally hours. That's not the worst part. The Coimbatore Corporation, for the repair work, had to link the northern part of the storm drain to the southern side. But they've actually abandoned the work and the pit has just been lying open from that time. Now this is not only extremely unhygienic and unsanitary but is also so unsafe! There have actually been accidents as people see the pit in the last minute and turn sharply to the right or left to avoid it. Seriously it's about time Coimbatore spends more time and money on such important aspects of basic living in the city.

Its best to get some legal advice on this beforehand. I heard that the villas are 2100 square feet big and cost Rs 1.55 crore without the registration fee. And the apartment is a 1bhk worth RS 16 lakh. The villa cost will come up to around Rs 2 crores, considering other costs, like interest amounts, registration fees and other taxations. Now you decide if its worth investing that much money in a villa for a small 1bhk apartment.

Latest Answer: All this is good, but if the authorities let the past repeat itself again, then that would be a major problem. In the past also, the Mettupalayam Road bus stand was constructed to reduce the bus traffic, but the private bus owners somehow wrangled a permission, and continued to run till Gandhipuram. I hope that the corporation is going to get all the government agencies on board and remain strict to the current plan. Even the city traffic police are welcoming this decision. With the reduced traffic in the city, its going to bring down the accident rates.
