Q: I've booked a flat in SLS Silicon Valley 2 weeks ago after looking around. I want to know how reliable able this builder is, their historic on-time & quality delivery, the potential of Belathur as a location & any specific issues about this project I should be aware of. I booked in Block 1 as they said all blocks will be delivered together. Yesterday they said it will be delayed as management decided to sell it as phase 2.

Currently the cost of apartment in this project starts from Rs 57 lakhs on wards. Yeah even I heard that there is some offer going on like Rs. 400 Per Sq.Ft. but it is for limited period of time. You can talk with the builder and check further for the same.

It is a very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Mysore road. As far as I know you can get good returns in future as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and also offers great connectivity to all parts of Bangalore. Residential apartments are quiet famous here, It is good for both long term investments as well as end use purpose.

Yes Vishal the project has got approval from BBMP. Banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance and SBI has approved the project so you can avail home loan from any of these banks.

What will change is only the rate of GST applicable on the instalments that have not yet been paid, if they are able to get the demand for the instalment issued after the new rates come into effect. As per GST rules, the GST is payable on the earliest of three occasions- 1) Receipt of payments, 2) Raising of invoice, and 3) Completion of service or supply of goods.
