Are you telling me that the society is allowed to charge double maintenance from the owner and the owner as well as the tenant for the same. The concept of Non occupancy charges is wrong use of name or term. If the owner is not staying in his flat then also he is charged NOC and if somebody is occupying the flat then he is paying regular maintenance. Q: I got a quote for a plot in antila phase 6 1500 Sq ft, at a rate of 2090 Rs/sqft from Confident marketing guy. This looks too high to me, considering the prevailing rates in Atria etc and with Antila Six plots not at all developed. Vmaks Residency and KB Eco city are constructed by different builders. I feel KB ecocity is a good project as it is located in Electronic city which is a major IT hub in the city. After reading reviews about the builder in some of the websites I found that the builder is very customer centric, they always provide good quality of work and they try to exceed the customer needs and expectation. The project seems to be a good one with all modern facilities. Pride Pristine is approved by BMRDA and the project comprises of 2bhk and 3bhk. Q: Hi, I have booked a flat in Alpine VIVA (603 Tagus). I have a doubt on the specification. The builder has mentioned the Flat type as N in all the layout plans but the sharing agreement (between owner and developer) says the flat type is N1. I have checked the layout of both type in the same block and found those to be exactly same. I am confused is there any difference in both flats and is there any legal difference in N and N1 type? The developer has given me possession anyhow but the parking space he has given me is not just enough to fit my car in. Is there any law that tells the parking size?
