Does anyone know the registration status of building no-8 ( 6, 7,8,9 ..etc.) of Gaurav Excellency, Mira road?. I have booked a flat and made 20% initial payment plus floor wise plus stamp duty registration. But since 10 months, I am waiting for the registration, and they are saying some clearance document is not ready ( not cleared by the Mira road commissioner). When I booked, the bookings were dealt by Anmol marketting at the construction site office. But since , last few moths, Ravi Group is taking care of the bookings etc...and Anmol marketting is not connected with the bookings of Ravi Group. Please reply if somebody have any idea....

In our apartment we are facing acute water shortages due to ground water depleted in the borewell and irregular supply of kaveri water.Due to this we are dependent on private water tankers since april 2012 and we have decided to collect the water charges from each flat owners/tenants.
Few of the flat owners are not co-operating and they are not contributing the water expenses incurred. Even after repeated request, they dont come forward to pay. Due to this, the other flat owners have decided to cut the water connection or to complain in police station.Can this be done?
since the association is not formed, we cant register the complaint in karnataka association act.
Please help what better could be done to solve our problems.
