So its not bad is the project is slightly delayed... the issues are being sorted out and some very shocking developments too have come up like the court stay on the supertech twin towers.

2 Flats each on G+1 floor and 1 flat on 2nd &3rd floor. Land docs are all in order, have run it through my lawyer on it. Only concern is on the apartment block on 2400sq ft. Kindly advise.

Contact the local property tax authorities in your local body/municipal office and request them to convert it to residential to commercial. They will do it by revising the property tax. Can I purchase an Agricultural land as a residential land at the time of purchase without conversion. if not, then should the process of conversion be done before or after buying the land. because i want to avail a loan for the purchase of the land and my bank gives loan against the purchase of residential loan only.

Hi Rishi, Most of the bank do not provide loan against agriculture land, so for availing loan you have to convert agriculture land into the non-agriculture land. By default all lands are agricultural lands. You are right Sishir. and the decision was taken after a meeting was held with some apartment residents at Nanpura. And the matter was disclose when over 200 residents from dilapidated buildings like Neel Gagan Apartment, Rishiraj Apartment, Vaibhav Apartment, Arpan Apartment, Latish Apartment and Rushabh Apartment had approached SGCCI for help.You are right Sishir. and the decision was taken after a meeting was held with some apartment residents at Nanpura.
