The rates are constantly rising in this area. Ansal Highland Park seem to be under construction now. Not sure about its possession date. But the area is good and worth of your investments. There is high demand for 1bhk and 2bhk flats in Indirapuram . The rental demand for flats is also good there. If you are looking to buy flat and let it onrent then Indirapuram is a good option. For residential use it is good to buy in Crossing Republik. Many leading developers like Assotech, Ashiana and Gaur Builders have developed projects in Indirapuram. Hi, The infrastructure developments are planned for the greater noida West, greater noida areas.. but as sameer said the majority of the people will stay at already functional places. metro work is expectd to be completed by2017 and only after that the connectivity improve will people start using the area... So its not bad is the project is slightly delayed... the issues are being sorted out and some very shocking developments too have come up like the court stay on the supertech twin towers. Hi Puneet, you are kind of right when you say that it is a village... i will say it is in the stage on village changing... the area is peaceful and pleasant. Major advantage to people who work in Magarpatta city and the offices in Hadapsar... its just 5-6 km radius... Guess the only challenge is in the road condition which is set to improve...

That is indeed happy news as the area has been waiting for the metro since long. Finally work will begin on the 14 km stretch from Badarpur to YMCA chowk. The piling work on the Mathura road has started.
Yeah Vrinda, they will use specially designed pre-cast U-shaped girders to complete the viaduct within 2 years. Delhi metro will use a single span of 27meters that will be cast separately at a yard will be used and this will be transported to the site by trailers at night to avoid commuters problems.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has selected 7 new zones for development and these are J, K1, K2, N, L, P1 and P2 and these are spread all around delhi area. DDA has come up with many elements of public-private partnerships that can relate in better development of the area. And the Delhi Master Plan-2021 gives leverage to farmers as they can for an consortium and tie up with private builders and banks to develop the plots as per the zonal plans approved.. Investing here is a wise idea as the prices now are quite less as compared and after seeing the phenomenal growth of Dwarka, there is huge expectation from this area.
There area welfare societies here instead of CGHS and the society members have to pay for the land cost now and after 2 years when the construction starts in the project then the price at that point of time will be applicable. For example : if i wish to have a 1200 sq ft apartment..i need to pay Rs18 Lakhs upfront now as land cost and thereafter when the construction starts at the rate of Rs 2500/sq ft as construction cost.

although there is a procedure that has been suggested wherein Interested people will have to get a no-objection certificate (NOC) from either the DDA or the respective municipal corporation, depending on the apartment location. Hi Madhu, As per my knowledge, this is a populsr residential project developed by MMG Construction on KRS Road, Mysore. This location has basic amenities nearby. This project offers 2 BHK &3 BHK apartment ,area ranging from 900sq-ft to 1500sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 2600/sq-ft to 3000/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is May 2015.

Hi Ananya, According to me, if the property is inherited, then the title should be changed to the sellers name by the process of mutation of revenue records. This transfer requires a will or a succession certificate. If one cannot procure a copy of the will, then the local court can issue a succession certificate. With this certificate, one can apply for a title change in the mutation of revenue records office.
Hi Ananya, In my point of view, the sale money can be repatriated through official dealers but it should not be more than US $1 million per year. If the property is inherited from one NRI to another NRI, then you need to get a special permission from the Reserve Bank of India. However, the brokerage firms will guide you through this process.

Hi Saurabh, EDC and IDC is the fixed charge taken by state Govt. In alwar the EDC charge is 7.70% which is fixed for all kind of land but IDC is varying from 9.90 % to 13.30% depending upon the size of the land.
Hi Aveek, You are absolutely right and further these charges are paid direct to state government by the developer for developing the infrastructure and external areas for the project. The charges vary from state to state.

Q: Congress corporator Bablu Shekhavat has requested chief minister Devendra Fadnavis to relax the condition of paying 50 crore as contribution by the civic body if it wishes to be included in the Smart City programme.

It is true. In a letter to the Maharashtra CM, Shekhavat told that paying 50 crore as contribution by the civic body the state govt. should pay this amount to ensure inclusion of Amravati in the Smart City programme.
As per Shekhavat, the day-to-day work of the civic body and development in the city has come to a stop due to lack of funds in the raise of LBT being throw away by the government.

According to me Maharashtra Govt. should take some relaxation to the Amravati because Amravati Municipal Corporation has 17 villages and 2 municipal councils under it and 70% of the city's population is farm-related workers. Id new taxes being imposed by the civic body would further break the backbone of farmers, who are already in suffering and may lead to further increase in farmers' suicides.

Contact the local property tax authorities in your local body/municipal office and request them to convert it to residential to commercial. They will do it by revising the property tax. Hi Rishi, Most of the bank do not provide loan against agriculture land, so for availing loan you have to convert agriculture land into the non-agriculture land. By default all lands are agricultural lands. As per the recent news, Piramal Fund Management has 10 schemes, 7 of them domestic, 2 offshore funds and the remaining a third-party order. It has made exits valued at Rs 2100 crore, including profits, through 14 complete and as many partial exits. It raised Rs 7400 crore since beginning in 2006 and deployed Rs 13000 crore, including debt.
