It is a G+5 storeys apartment consists 7 towers.
@Pravakar, Pimple Saudagar is a major residential locality in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation,so many real estate development has taken place in the last 15 years. Aundh lies to its North, Pimpri to its south, Sanghvi to the West and Hinjewadi in the east. This locality has so many residential plots and apartments. As a result Pimple Saudagar is also the residential hub for young professionals and a student hub. Look my frnd, Noida-Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway have crossed all limitation and growing with a rapid speed. Also they have surpassed the development status of Gurgaon and Faridabad and offers world-class infrastructure in place in those areas.

Paras City is located in Tapukara, Bhiwadi. The project is in pre launched state and waiting for the approvals. This is a plot project and the builder is offering 100 and 200 sq yard plots.

Hi, they have 2 bhks of size 1100 sqft and 3 bhks of 1350sqft at a basic price of Rs 2900 per sqft. there are additional charges as well and is in the pre launch phase. You can also opt for the construction linked plan of payments or down payment..

Well this is one of the upcomming destinations in NCR and yes is an ideal investment now as many manufacturing units like the hero motcorp is starting here.. there is alos a japanese zone here with many employees and so i stheofficesof Daikin, havells and parle. thisproject is near to th rjapanese zone and the shahjahanpur and bawal industial areas and on teh NH8.

well i have seen the approvals from the rajasthan government and some papaers from the urban improvement trust at bhiwadi.. im not sure about the banks ..but im sure that given the paper s are in order and the good reputation that the builder enjoys all nationalied and private banks may approve for loans..

You are right Sameer. And i request all buyers and investors of their projects (Coral, Indihomes, The palms) to join hands and file a case against the MVL Ltd.for cheating innocent buyers and investors as now-a-days court has given many decisions in favor of investors and buyers and against the builders and if we will join hands then the case will more stronger instead of filing case individually.
