I was planning to book an apartment at Prajapati Phase 3 and happen to meet Mr Balaji who insisted us to register the apartment on full value i.e. inclusive of car parking and other amneties. This is strange as I have 2 apartments in India and have never been asked to register my electricity meter and water meter costs paid to builder as part of registration.
