Hi Kushak..i agree with you but i personally feel that the project is over priced...i.e Rs 4500 per sq ft. While other builders in same are are offering Rs 3300 per sq ft. Hi Remya.for sure flats does not in this project doesnt have flats below HT lines but yes the entire project site is with in 100 meter limit from power lines. And studies have proved that people living near 300meter to high tension lines are prone to cancer.
