HI buddy i have visited sonestaa meadows last Sunday it was cool .and i it took some snap of club house and gym of meadows it was really nice, sorry am not able to share other wise i would have been shared, as i seen comments i couldn't see such bad quality construction, quality was really good they are providing branded gym equipment and it really attractive and awesome and regarding road, BBMP started road construction we can see either side of road they started drainage work and b/w apartments we could see 40' road i hope road will come for sure........

Yes you are right. Supertech Limited a real estate company based in the NCR region for over 25 years has entered the Bangalore Property market with their project called Supertech Micasa located at Thanisandra Road, North Bangalore. The company which has several residential and commerical projects to its name in the NCR region is also an associate sponsor of the Rajasthan Royals team. With Supertech Micasa the company proposes to offer about 200 residential apartments to be developed across 2 acres of land in Phase 1 across 4 blocks of G + 12 floors with double level basement parking.

NVT Arcot Vaksana offers only 4 bhk residential villas with area ranging from 2885 - 3664 Sq.Ft. There is no festival offering in this project but the pre launch offer is that the price of the viilas starts from Rs 1.58 Cr. Onwards till Diwali.

The project offers plots in sizes of 30X40, 30X50 and 40X60 (all measurements in square feet). The rate per sqft is Rs 1350 on wards and it has got approvals from BMRDA.

The city is much in demand as one of the preferred investment destination in the US given the potential appreciation in property prices and high rental yields.
I agree with you but what I feel is that many US companies establishing their presence in the city and secondly NRI's are getting attracted because of reduction in home loan lending rate, property market drawn by the prevailing competitive prices and flexible repayment terms.

In the Hebbal project, they are planning of bringing in a joint venture partner because their office portfolio is already large and they have big obligation and so they are trying to strike a balance. And for the Hebbal project, L&T Realty is discussing to a few developers such as Assetz Property Group, RMZ Corp, and other large Singapore developer and investor. The real estate sector has gone through a number of challenges in the last year and with customers becoming more clever, there seems to be a movement towards bigger, branded developers, who are also part of a larger corporate entity.

Begur road is one of the developing localities in Bangalore, which is close to Hosur Road, Bommanahalli and Bannerghata Road. It is about 3 kms from Bommanahalli Circle and 7 KM from Electronics City. The reason why the area has witnessed a growth is that it is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It has also witnessed a growth in the high-end and mid-segment properties. Several apartments targeted at the upper mid-segment and high-end layouts have mushroomed along Begur Road.

Hello Gairik & Adil, I have bought my flat from this builder 4 years back and till February 2016 no possession even though it is a small project with 100 flats. It seemed to me that builder has no strength to complete the project.
