That's why up to 6th floor price is 3300/sq-ft. Ground floor only 3850/sq-ft. This project was launched around year 2010. Currently, there are many builders who have to be controlled in and the current disciplinary action measures may not work as a sufficient defensive. @Pranab, Now, the developers have to submit details of their projects, such as layout plan, apartment size, completion schedule and approvals received, on the regulatory authority's website and update it on a quarterly basis.

Hi . as of my knowledge pace builder is one of the renowned builder in Chennai which had completed more than 6 project across Chennai region and it has well plan under construction project , see frankly speaking we cant say that there is no legal issue but if issue arsed builder sort it out asap. so in my view it is very promising builder.

This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment area ranging from 835 sq-ft to 1595 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 3080/sq-ft . Expected possession of this project is around 2016 October.
@ Sumit Gaur, According to me, here builder has two types of price per sq ft , depending upon the payment plan. Like if you will go for subvention plan then all inclusive price is around 3430/sq-ft. And if you will pay as per down payment plan then all inclusive it will come around 3080/sq-ft . Definitely you can make loan from Bank of Baroda, Corporation Bank & Central Bank of India.

@ Amit, According to me, this project is currently in pre launch stage. Construction has not started. It will take 1month to start. Currently bank loan approval in on process. This is a nice project for long term investment. This project has spread over approx 10acres of land with around 19towers.

Hi Pratibha, If you really want a safe buying then you should visit the project site and see the construction quality, rate per square foot in the locality, offered amenities, location advantages, connectivity and most importantly project approval and construction because lot's of buyers have given negative feedback on both the project and its developers. Q: In ACE platinum builder is not providing NOCs to the flat owners. Without NOCs owners can not sell their units. One of my friend contacted to the ACE group for the NOC and the spokesperson said that they will not provide NOCs till all the available units are not sold. So in this condition you can not sell your flat event if it very much urgent for you to sell. So for those who purchase flats in the ACE platinum for investment purpose their investment is kind of stuck for next two-three years.

Certainly it is not a good idea to go for this, considering the delay and other existing issues. It seems to me over priced and a cheap publicity stunt of advertisement by getting this promoted by brokers. Q: Hello If a builder is offering possession then should i check if they have occupancy certificate from govt authority or not? Without occupancy certificate is it illegal to stay in that house? If he doesnt have occupancy certificate then should i take posession?

Hi Rahul, The law says one cannot legally move into a building unless the developer gets an occupancy certificate from the approval authority (HUDA), The corporation can ask apartment owners to leave such illegally occupied flats or impose heavy penalties. The coming of an elevated road and FNG Corridor has improved its connectivity with Noida and Greater Noida. Along with housing societies, several commercial developments are gradually coming up in the area. Q: I have purchased a office space in earth beta tech office spaces. The company has not delivered the project in time. Unfortunately the work on the project has been stopped and the company is also not issuing the cheques as promised. I want to know about the future prospects of this company.

Hello Farooq!!!! I m agree with Sai. If you had done a little homework before your investment, you will not be trapped. I found lot's of negative reviews about this developer. Their delivery record is very poor and almost all project has faced some legal issues. Better, take the advice of a legal expert in ur case. Thanks..
HI Piyush and Sai!! I am agree with both of you. I have had a very bad experience with Earth Infra. I had booked a flat in one of their projects "Earth Gracia" by paying a large amount of money out of my hard earned savings. Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking due to my financial situation and now they are not listening to my repeated requests to return my money. Almost all of their projects are way behind schedule and they do not have a good name in the real estate sector. My sincere advice would be to do a lot of research before booking in a project. And stay away from Earth Infra. Not worth the effort, money and time.

Amaatra Homes by Amaatra Group located at Sector-10, Noida Extn. Greater Noida, offers 2/3 BHK residential flats. Its sizes are available from 965 - 1179 sq.ft and it's price will be Rs. 27.66L - 33.80L onward. while a 3BHK from 1405 - 1591 sq.ft. will cost you Rs. 40.28L - 45.61L. Its current price quoted is Rs.2866/sq-ft. this project is spread over 5 acres of land consists 960 units of 2/3 BHK.

Amaatra Homes is a GNDA approved project and all necessary approvals are in place. Banks such as HDFC, Axis, Indiabulls, ICICI Bank etc are offering loan for this project. Cutrently, this project is under construction and ready-to-move by December-2017.
