There was a CM fund if I remember correctly. Some 5 crores was allocated just for clearing and maintaining the Devanur Lake and surrounding regions. The place is still on the outskirts. I wouldn't call it a good buy if you are building right now. May be invest for thhe future. No amenities nearby. I live in one such locality. V V Mohalla. There are new residential projects cropping up and as a result the water pressure has reduced in our homes. Hey for all the special amenities being offered here, I think the high price is quite understandable.I saw in the brochure that all the apartments will have hi-tech automation system. so that even if we forget to turn off lights, or left the gas running, then we can just check on smart phones. but, i don't think that this township project would be helpful in decongesting the cities. I think that the people who move away from these cities to these townships will be replaced by others. I think that for the preserving of the agricultural land in the mysore district, there has to be given more emphasis on the vertical growth of mysore. Now there is likely to come out with more high rise buildings than individual houses. i think that the factors for this city failing to gain the interest of the investors is that the government is not pursuing its interest to lure people to this city. Actually you didnt mention whether you're going to be buying a place or renting one. Well either way, there are plenty of options. The good thing about this stretch is that there plenty of residential colonies along its stretch. Hi buddy, in my opinion you should go for it. I have been living in Eliwala for the past 3 years and i have had a pleasent experience. I love the fact that this area has a lot of parks which people of different ages can make use of. These parks are filled with trees, all of them have jogging tracks and childrens' play area. Well it seems that whatever the people living on Huyilalu road need, they can just go down the Hunsur road and get it. Yes this is quite a good residential area to live for families. The significant feature here is the closeness of the Ring road, which practically passes by the place. Yeah state run buses are there, he's right actually. But the official bus stops arent near the locality of Hannahalli. Hmm, The present price in Sathagalli is also pretty good and reasonable. I think it falls around Rs 1600 per sq ft now for residential plots. The connectivity of Vidyaranyapuram is really good. The Mysore City Junction is only 5 km from here and apart from that, there is the Ashok Nagar Railway Station right next to it. Naguvanahalli is a green and serene locality in the suburbs of the mysore city. It is near to the Bangalore Mysore Road. This gives it a good connectivity to the Mysore city as well as the Bangalore city. This is primarily a residential locality of the locals who are primarily indulging in small scale activities and farming. Its a good locality to live in.
yeah, i agree with what you said. This is basically a village area. You wont find many schools in this locality. There are some ordinary schools in the nearby localities of Belavadi and Siddalingapura village, etc like the Gnanodaya Public School, Government Higher Primary School, etc. But you see, some very good schools are also here like the Presentation Public School and St. Arnold central School etc.

the locality of Badagalahundi is actually a small village in the Nanjangud Taluk in Mysore District. Actually, it is located 25 kilometers towards the south of Mysore. See, the area is almost 160 km from the area of Bangalore. Yeah...i think that the area of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Nagar is quite a good residential locality near mysore city. You know, this place is a part of Nadanahalli locality. You can see that one of the best features of this locality is the Jagadguru Sri Mantra maharshi park.
Yeah...but i think that the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Nagar locality has some better health infrastructure here. you see, Dr. Rajashekar Medical Foundation and Hospital, Mysore Race Club Eye Hospital, Cauvery Hospital, AV hospital etc are in the nearby locality only.
