The builder has come up with 80 floors now and it would be interesting to see if even this tower gets in news following the same violations. However, this project is undeniably one of the most luxurious projects in Noida in terms of location and amenities but buyers have to shell humongous amount to secure an address here. The project is spread across an area of 5 acres consisting of 3 aesthetically designed high rise towers. Although the locality seems to have adequate access to all required amenities and facilities but it is highly priced and from investment or residential point of view it does not seems viable as you can avail property in the same locality at lesser price. I am planning to buy a resale property in CHD avenue sohna road gurgaon. Ive been told by the builder and property dealers that there is 60 ft wide sector road which is going to come up from subhash chowk to CHD avenue in a years time. As of now the entrance is from the back side of the village which doesnt have a good approach.
I wanted to know that how can I confirm whether this road is going to be constructed or not and if yes then by when would it be completed.
