Hi Bharat, Please go through all the necessary documents, actual plot, legal status of the land before investing in the scheme or project. Better if will take the advice of a legal expert on it because different people are giving different views on it. Even Maharashtra Govt. has warned people to stay away from such deals. I think you should talk with your builder as the project is getting delay by almost a year. I think builder is registering this project with RERA and waiting for the registration. Try to visit developer office.Hi Viju,
