Greater noida projects are good, but there is a huge demand for noida expressway projects. They have a better future perspective.
May be projects are good because that depends upon builder. But Greater Noida has many issues such as farmer & authority issue. Authority took land from farmers for industrial development ,later converted to residential development. Those plots then allotted to different builders & they started construction there. That started a long time dispute between builder, buyer & authority.

Hi Guys, As per latest news, the smart city project is probably going to be unrolled next month because the in depth consultation method with all stakeholders has all over. Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu aforementioned "We are near to launching the smart Cities initiative on ground. Prolonged and in depth consultations on this new conception and initiative have finally all over. We'll have all the required approvals for this project by the top of this month and action on ground will begin next month forward.

As per the current news, Rs12000 crore sanctioned for 40 km long Dahisar-Charkop-Bandra-Mankhurd Metro-2 corridor, Rs.12000 crore for 40 km long Wadala-Ghatkopar-Thane-Kasarvadavali Metro-4 via Wadala GPO and R.A.Kidwai Marg, Rs.8100 crore for 27 km long Dahisar East-Andheri East-Bandra East Metro-5 corridor and Rs.3300 crore for 11 km long Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road Metro-6 corridor.

Hi Javed, As per DB Realty, they will redevelop the MIG project with an investment of Rs. 340 crore. They have received approvals to redevelop the property for which demolition work has already started. The selling price of the apartments in the project will in the range of Rs. 28000-30000/sq-ft.

Well Javed, Construction of the MIG project should begin in a month's time. The total built-up area is expected to be over 2.6 million sq-ft. The company said it has received height approval for constructing a 29-storey tower from the Airport Authority of India.

They are officially going to launch this project in mid-November around Diwali. Piling work has started. All approvals required at this stage have been received. The total built-up area of the project is expected to be over 2.4 million sq ft.

Hey guys, But discounts by builders/developers and 3rd time Repo Rate cut by the RBI have increased significantly in the secondary transactions market and distressed real estate liquidation by lenders who have not been repaid by developers, is becoming increasingly common.
In spite of that, a few localities in Delhi, the industry has not seen any major base price corrections in most cities. Most of the price correction that we have seen is in the form of discounts, waiver of floor rise rates, waiver of stamp duty and interest subvention schemes offered by builders to consumers.

BMC is now preparing to impose tax on slum dwellers' properties in the city for the first time ever from April this year. BMC has also decided not to tax such settlements under the capital value-based assessment system. Instead, a lump sum amount will be charged annually.
Hi Jackie, Currently, there is no property tax on slums. Earlier, in 2006-07, the civic body has started collecting service charge of Rs. 100 for residential and Rs 250 for non-residential structures. But now they are planning to impose property tax on slums built both on government and private lands. But it doesn't mean that slums will be regularized. They are taxing them for whatever civic amenities they are getting.

Hi Varun, I don't have any exact information where buyers will get the required approval and documents on booking time or not but the price of ready-to-move-in apartments is in the range of Rs 75 lakh to Rs 14 crore.
On the other hand, the customers can purchase a Tata Housing apartment at selected properties, namely Prive (Lonavala), Aquila Heights (Bengaluru), Amantra (Kalyan-Mumbai), Eden Court (Kolkata) and Primanti and Raisina Residency (Gurgaon).
