I have a flat booked in Earth Towne. I have paid 30% + Service Tax in CLP. I understand there was some complications in the past, due to which there is delay is construction/possesion and bank/financial cos. were not ready to fund until recently where only couple of them are coming up to fund this project. Now even after paying 30% + ST and working to get the remaining amount disbursed by funding company, I am being charged interest rate which I have no clue and was never communicated until I called them. Moreover I came to know from media about the 'zero peiod' where old customers should not be charged with interest. Hi Kanigiri..the actual location of Amrutha Sai residency is Nizamet only. You may have purchased flat in other project of this builder only. The projects of Amrutha Construction at manikonda are Amrutha Hills, Sai Brundavanam , Amrutha Avenue and these are ongoing projects. There are separate vasthu points to be remembered for each type of room. They are different for kitchen, hall, bedroom, store room, puja room, study room, bathroom, terrace and more.. I will give you few vaasthu tips for a bedroom- 1. The bedroom door should be wide openable, at least 90 degrees opening should be there so that it opens up positive energy to you. 2. Once you enter bedroom, you should see something serene and lively, ex- nature painting, fresh flowers or flower painting, picture of a landscape, good quote etc. 3. The room has to be clutter-free. there should be no clutter even under your bed... 4. Sleep with head in south direction as positive energy flows from north.. 5. Do not place mirror which you see directly. Once you get up in the morning, you should not see a mirror as it reflects back your stress... 6. Do not sleep putting your head in some corner.. 7.
