Hi, Sir, Vista is launched just 5 months ago by Garud homes. The project's located in Bhiwadi -Alwar Mega Highway, which is good location. The builder is news, hence he has no past work to comment on him. Are you looking for investment in Bhiwadi??
Hi frnd , i would like to suggest that , i was also interested in this project, but i had a word with the local broker, they said this is not a great project for investment, if you want to want to go for end use, you can go for it. But be careful about the investment, thats what the broker told me. Although i have enquired about the project, the developer is very new and have few approvals left over also.

Hi Raj they are quoting Rs 9000 per sq yard. Its tough to speak bow about the appreciation of the project because the project is not yet launched. Yet i can give you a rough idea that , at least 40 percent you can expect!
Hi Mr Raj I had a word with the broker about this project and they said you can expect atleast fifty percent appreciation after 3 years, The reason is the brand and the locality. The locality is an upcoming one and there are many industries coming up!

Well it is due to the scarcity of developable land at affordable prices in the main city of Delhi, the real estate activity shifted to the peripheral locations of Gurgaon, Noida and ghaziabad. Gurgaon saw fast growth because of the IT and iTEs companies while Noida and Ghaziabad saw fairely planned and comparetively slower development.
Yea Noida and Greater Noida and the stretch along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway has more launches of residential projects, from affordable to mid-segment to luxurious projects, all of which come with high technology and world-class facilities as well as the presence of reputed schools like DPS,Ryan, Shri ram , lotus valley ect and colleges as wll as world class hotels and other basic infrastructural facilities in the area.

hello the price trend in sector 75 is around Rs 4800 /sqft and i was looking at acouple of listing and the price being quoted is around Rs 5200/sqft... the project is very good and the builders is OK oK . As a seller i think i will hold on for another 4-5 months as the effects after elections is still to come by .. i do expect this to rise further....

Bhiwadi’s infrastructure is improving rapidly with various projects on the anvil. The proposed bullet train and Metro connectivity to Gurgaon will definitely put this city in the limelight. Good morning Abhi, Did you talk with the builders regarding project status and its possession date? I had a word with the developers last week and they assure me that possession will be by June-July,2016. Q: Received offer of possession for my flat in Tower 25. I am suppose to pay by end of this month, Jun and I have been told that I should have the key latest within 45 days of final payment. Do they stick to the plan or have delayed beyond 45 days in the past for other towers?

@sanjay, There is also a chance that the electricity and water connection could be cut if the owner does not have the Occupancy Certificate. A flat owner can approach Noida Authority directly. But i would like to tell you that this project is delayed by 1 yrs and lot's of negative comments on builder as well as on project. If you are wiling to invest in Bhiwadi from investment purpose only, then you should definitely invest in the upcoming property known as indihomes by MVL Group. I am suggesting you to invest here is because: - The house rates are very low ( upto 20 lacs ) - They have recreational zones in such low prices - The infrastructure is very good - Services along with it are great! - By the time, the houses will be ready for possession, rates will increase and you can sale it out at good profit. website: www.mvl.in/indihomes
