Did you talk with the builders regarding project status and its possession date? I had a word with the developers last week and they assure me that possession will be by June-July,2016. But still i will suggest you to visit the project site and see the pace of construction and the amount of work left. Kindly update in this forum if you get any latest information. Received offer of possession for my flat in Tower 25. I am suppose to pay by end of this month, Jun and I have been told that I should have the key latest within 45 days of final payment. Do they stick to the plan or have delayed beyond 45 days in the past for other towers?

But i would like to tell you that this project is delayed by 1 yrs and lot's of negative comments on builder as well as on project.
