There has been delay in issuing PID number in Bangalore. The delay is due to a fault in GIS-based base map system.
According to senior revenue officer, the new numbers are nowhere similar to old numbers and they are not in a position to use new IDs for transactions such as property tax collection. According to sources, the project is expected to complete by March 2015.

Q: I understand that there is legal problem in the land and case is registered, is any one monitoring this, can we joinly work in facing this problem. Purvankara demanding further payment in spite of this issue, is it justified. Dear co owner please let me know how we are going to face this problem.

Hi Nadeem, I have booked one in last July in Shriram Summit during pre-launch, after taht they hae changed the plans for getting the approval, still looks OK to me ; this builder is not that very high end, but reasonbly good .Their last project clicked well Signia opposite to Wipro; hope this also.

The plot cost ranges from Rs. 1162 to Rs. 2322 per sq ft. and is approved by BBMP and BIAPPA. Yeah in this budget you will definitely get a plot but may be the size will be little smaller.

How is the connectivity and accessibility from Indiranagar to the other parts of the city?
The region is easily accessible from major destinations of the city. They are planning to invest between Rs 1,500-2,000 crore, by the end of this year. Tata Value launched Adwita under development manager model with Kolkata-based Square Four Group. In this deal Tata Value will undertake the role of project manager for marketing, consultancy, designing, constructing and selling the units.

Q: Please could someone give a holistic view on Purvankara builders. I have seen many comments stating that there have been several delays at the time of possession. Although, they are reputed builders, they have delayed projects by 1 to 2 years. Any idea if this trend will continue or change for the better?

hi, I have booked purva270 by paying a booking amount of 3 lakhs and was assured that if i go for cancellation then i would be refunded the entire amount. Due to some accidental problem, i was unfortunate to go ahead with the purchase of flat. so I requested for cancellation, Purva team initially gave me false assurance and hope for refunding the entire booking amount and later on played with me and cheated me by not paying the booked amount. I would like to bring notice to everyone that before going ahead with purva flats be aware of such kind of deceiving act.
Yes, i agreed with Daksh. Almost all the projects are getting delay due to demonetization and RERA. The builder like Purvankara cannot play with their goodwill and reputation in the current real estate markets where there is a tough competition. I am not taking the builder side and just giving my view as a common people. Many of my friends and relatives have invested in their project and get their possession on time. Purvankara is known for on-time delivery of their project.

In NCN Platina, the built up area for a 2 bhk ranges from 1115 sqft to 1129 sqft. The project is under construction and the expected possession is by end of 2016. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3000.
Has the project got approval from BBMP ? Is the property A Khata and will the project have CC and OC? Which all banks are providing bank loan for the same?

Yes the project is launched and they are planning to complete the project by August 2017. The railway station is around half km from the project.
OHH!! Only half a kilometer so don't you think there will be noise for apartments which are facing station side. Has the project got all the necessary approvals?

Hello Gagan, As far as locality is concerned, Devanahalli is located at a distance of 35 kilometres from Bangalore to the north-east side of the city. The Bangalore International Airport is located at Devanahalli. North Bangalore, as a real estate hub, came into prominence due to the construction of the airport. Besides being an upcoming real estate destination, Devanahalli is also considered to be a tourist attraction. National Highway 7 and 207 run through Devanahalli.
