Hi Ramlal, As per different sources, another circle of metro line is proposed to unite Greater Noida which will begin Noida City Center, go through Sectors 71, 78 and 121 and after that join the Bodaki railroad station in Greater Noida. Q: I booked a flat in rajnagar residency rajnagar extension,but even after 10 months i have not received the papers and agreement documents...they are sending letters on letters with interest imposed on me...but the concerned person is not taking up my calls and not even replying for mails. Hi Mr Rajmohan, According to me, you should contact with builder. Discuss about this project. Meet with other flat owners, try to know what are the difficulties they are facing. As per my knowledge, this is a Ghaziabad Development Authority Approved project. HDFC Bank is financing this project.

This project is around 15min away from Pari Chowk, around 20 min away from Mahamaya Flyover & near to proposed metro.

This project is around 3.7km from sector 15 metro station & near by Cambridge school is around 4km from this project. Indraprastha Apollo hospital is around 11.2 km from this project. Connectivity & transportation is not a issue here.

Hi Mr Paras Lal, As per my knowledge, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has proposed to amend its building bylaws in order to allow taller buildings in the city, among other changes. The proposal was mooted in a board meeting of GNIDA, held earlier this month, officials said on Friday. The Authority has now sought objections and suggestions for the proposed modifications from the public, after which it will seek approval from the UP government.

@ Mr Mirza, Raman guaranteed the home buyers of his support and declared that authority will try their level best to help resolve the problems and in verifying all developers practices the same . According to president of CREDAI NCR Manoj Gaur, they met the purchasers/buyers and have heard their problems or griefs. So they would like to ease some of their problems or griefs.

Q: Hi All, I have booked flat in officer city 1 (Ready to move) and as per builder we can shift in the flat after full payment and he will give us possession letter on same day. Can anybody please suggest me that any builder can shift without OC and CC approval.

Hi Prabhat, It is illegal to move into a flat or house without receiving the occupancy certificate. A buyer can move into his or her new apartment only once the occupancy certificate (OC) has been received. This occupancy certificate is generally obtained from Ghaziabad Development Authority and it is mandatory for every residential complex, which is larger than 5 units. In absence of Occupancy Certificate, local body can disconnect your water and electricity connection anytime.
Yes, If a building has no OC, it would imply building had not been constructed as per sanctioned plans. Municipal Council can demolish unauthorised construction. Banks are reluctant to give loans to flats in buildings which do not have OC and CC. It is difficult for owner to sell such flats in buildings which do not have OC.
