I have also invested in this project, location is superb, it is corner plot of round about on Noida Greater Noida Link road (190 mts wide road + 100 mts green belt). This road is short cut to people who want to go Dadri (passes through Dadri container depot). In future, proposed metro station will be at this round about (just in front of the galaxy vega).
Hi Vineet, As per my knowledge, fast developing as an IT hub, Tech Zone IV is a well-known territory in Greater Noida. Tech Zone-3, Sector 3, sector 1, Sector 16, Noida Extension and Sector 2 are its neighboring regions. It lies near FNG Corridor and in addition to eminent residential locations like Cherry County and BrysBigg.

Hi Preeti, As per my knowledge, recently, a number of developers have come up with subvention schemes, where property buyers need to pay a small amount of the property at the time of booking and the rest can be paid at the time of possession. This schemes are new a new form of bank financing for home loans.
Hi Preeti, As per my experience, according to these schemes, after a buyer applies for home loan for a property under construction, he need not pay any pre-EMIs upto a fixed period or till possession i.e. all the interest amount till a fixed period or possession will be paid by the developer.

Right Supratim, In a recently conducted boardroom discussion, organised by commonfloor.com in Bengaluru, realty experts jointly appreciated and they termed it as a good step in the right direction because infrastructure growth will unswervingly effect the real estate sector at large.
At the same time the panel felt that the budget didn't meet their expectations as it didn't do any thing extra for realty market which were of most important in bringing back consumers into the market. There were many expectation from this budget some of these common issues included Industry Status, incentives to boost Affordable Housing, relaxation in taxes, land reforms, amongst others.

This project is consists of 10 spacious exclusive villas as well as 99 apartments. This is a low rise low rise low density development. So Gautam what are you looking for apartment or villas? How much is your budget?

Hi karishma, No construction at Patel NeoTown site since year 2010 clearly show the intenstion of the builder. Investigation is required to determine where the funds collected for Neotown Greater Noida project have been routed to.
They sold the flat in Neotown in between April-2010 to Feb-2011: Without ownership and possession of land. Without project sanction. Without mandatory statutory approvals from Central and Local Government bodies. Not disclosing the investors the about the pending litigation to the before selling the flat and thereafter.

Q: Hi, I booked a flat in Antriksh Golf Link around a year back in tower H. As per the broker this tower was supposed to be the premium tower of all but till now there is no sign of construction of this tower. I have visited the site 3-4 times but everytime builder is giving me excuses though in the agreement it is mentioned that the possession will be given in Dec 2016 which seems next to impossible. so anybody has got information when the construction will be started for Tower H?

Hi Saurabh, Wait for the date of possession first. If you will not get possession of your flat on time then write a mail to developer for the possession. Hi Farooq, I understand your problem and i always advice to buyers and investors that before booking any property either its residential or commercial, read out all the clauses of the agreement and if possible then verify it by a legal expert, check all the legal approvals, check the track record and fund strength of the builder, location advantages, connectivity to the other parts of the city, civic issues, civic amenities from the project site and transport facilities in the locality and then proceed further. Hi Mukhesh, I have got a mail for informing Completion Certificate for Tower-P has received and by January 31st, 2017, Offer Letter will be sent for Tower-P members. And for Tower-O they told end of February 2017.
Hi Sekhar, Even i have received a mail mentioned successful completion and handing over of Phase-I towers of "Blossom County" , they have received the Completion Certificate for Phase-2 Tower Nos. I, J, O, P and Q by Noida Authority. And they have also mentioned that sending offer of possession to the customers of Phase-2 but the offer of possession letters for tower "O" will be dispatched by 28th February' 2017.

Q: Hi, I had purchased a flat in 2013 in Noida sector 75. UP and builder is giving the possession now i.e. 2 years delay. due to the halt in construction i also delayed in paying the builder, so now at the time of possession builder has charged interest 18 p.a. and giving 5 rs p.sq.ft as penalty (which are as per the BBA). I tried to persuade the builder to waive off the interest which he has charged but all efforts went in vain. Builder has also applied for the OC with Noida authority on 9-Oct-2016 and RERA in UP was notified on 27-Oct-16. Now with the RERA in place in UP, i see that the builder and project is registered on UP rera website, but i am not sure if the builder comes under the RERA act, Which if applied should compel the builder to compensate me on the same rate of interest which he is charging me. Could you pleae help to identify if the builder is under the RERA? and if i should go ahead and take the action against the builder and register the complaint against him on the UP RERA website.

As per your agreement when was the possession date? If builder will have given you delay possession then you can file a case against the builder for delay possession and ask for the compensation. And secondly, if builder has not register its project with RERA then the entire project will considered as illegal and builder has to pay a hefty amount the Noida Authority as penalty.
Do not pay any further charges to builder. I think you should take the advice of a legal expert in this matter. I am sure , he will must show you the right path.

Hello Rajan, As you can see in their website that they have completed 65% of the Work in Tower-A & B and I have discussed with the builder on the same and as per them possession of Tower-A & b will be in August 2018. You do not have to worry as Tower-A & B has got UPRERA approval and its UPRERAPRJ8836 (HIMALAYA PRIDE (PHASE 1- TOWER A & B), so you will get your possession on time otherwise, the builder has to pay compensation for delay.
As far as local body is concerned, GNIDA has approved it and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as BOB, HDFC, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Fin and ICICI are funding this project.
