Hi, I booked an apartment in India-bulls Greens Medavakkam, chennai in Feb'2011 by paying around 3 lakhs and they gave the planned completion date as 2014. But all of a sudden I got an email/letter stating that they have cancelled their project due to some issues in the clean title of land and they are going to refund my money with 12% interest. I'm in deep trouble now as during the time of booking in 2001, the rate per sq feet was around 2800 and now its more than 3500 or so! And moreover I was having various options to select during that time, but now its very limited... Complete time & effort was wasted!!! What should I do? Please suggest.

Kindly please don't invest your hard earned money in unapproved plots because it never helps in emergency situation. Kindly buy properties which was approved by DTP or DTCP.
Brokers and mediators will say it was approved by panchayat,kindly make a note there is nothing called panchayat approval and nowadays panchayat doesnt have rights to give approval.
So kindly pls don make useless investments by investing in unapproved layouts.

What's more- they not only conceal the information about the mortgage,but also refuse to produce a legal N.O.C. from the Lender, to the client, during agreement signing-which is the legal right of the client.

I am planning to book a flat in Aliens Space Station 1 this weekend (16 Sep, 2012). I visited the site and I am comfortable with their work.
I also saw couple of flats in Station 14 which had few belongings and it seemed like at least that flat is being occupied or is about to get occupied.

Actually some time back I have planned to buy apartment in this project, I have done little research about it. These guys have permission only up to 5 floors. But they are selling up to 7th floor. They have not got the clearance from Hyderabad Begampet airport authority.

I have booked and registered a 3bhk flat in SSPDL Mayfair appartment project before 1 and half years, The project was to be completed by December 2012. Whereas the project has still not started.
I have no news or infor on the project from the builder, I have no information of other customers who had booked or registered in SSPDL Mayfair, I am planning to cancel and get the refund.
