Hi.... this project has two phases. The first phase sold out for fresh sale, although you can try for re sale, which will available with the owners of the units. This project has a great location and the brand is trusted one. So i guess who should try for second phase or re sale.
See they launched it in a very low price, i had a word with the sales person , they did not intimate the launching price , but right now they are quoting Rs 3390 per sq ft. They have two units 560 sq ft and 725 sq ft.

Hi, this project is located , in Yamuna Expressway, just few min from F1 tracks. The location is very posh and in demand,hence you do not have worry about the location. what is your budget?
Heya it ok, i also wanted to invest in this area, hence i know few information. For unit's price , they are quoting Rs 3500, which has increased , since the launching time and about the possession, they are expecting to complete it within 2017 end.

Connectivity of the all project is good as per the site map.. also i had a word they said there is a proposed metro station which will soon be there. And the completion date is in 2016 December... I guess till then the metro will also start working.

Yes Yogendra they have availability for 3bhk of 1340 - 1995 sq ft and they are quoting Rs 67L - Rs. 99.75L . The sector's price trend is some thing equal to that, you might not get some thing less than this.

Hi Pallav, It will cost around Rs. 31.30 lacs for 1000 sq-ft and Rs. 54.77 lacs for 1750 sq-ft. A month back when i was making inquiry about the project the sales person told me that the possession date will be October'2015.

Hi Mr Bhagava, As per my knowledge, Sainik colony ,Faridabad is decent location with good residential environment. It is one of the developed sector in Faridabad. This area has all basic amenities like school, college, hospital & banks nearby. It is located very close to Gurgaon-Faridabad road.
Hi All, In year 2010, this sector had average residential price around 2060/sq-ft. Then in year 2012 & 2013 ,there was price increment . Currently in year 2014 ,the price touched 4051/sq-ft. Definitely it is a good idea to buy property here. As far as I know ,in future investors will get good returns. It is an ideal location for families to settle down & also offers better connectivity to other sectors.

Q: Hello friends. I am having a flat in RPS SAVANA n it's posession was supposed to b offered in 2009 but till I have not got posession . Their compensation clause is really great. They charge 24% if payment goes late but provide 5 rs/Sq feet compensation . I request all the people who are having their flat In that to please share their contact detail so that we can get posession along with compensation . Hi Mr Dhiraj, According to current economic situation, Greenfield colony & SAinik Colony are the best place to purchase residential apartments in Faridabad. Not at all like its neighbors, i.e. NCR areas and Delhi, Faridabad's realty might not have earned as much as premium but rather according to news that is doing the rounds, however there is a ton you can anticipate.
@ Mr Dhiraj, According to me, nearby developers/builder don't have the transmission capacity to try different things with huge scale foundations yet the interest for these will rapidly get with time in light of enhancing network. The quality needs to go up also to pander to the corporate swarm.
