Form the day one I am here in US and not able to visit that or maintain it either, I heard yesterdaty ( 01 dec 2014) from the builder that the apartment is ready for possession. It is legal that all the flat members should contribute for major corpus collection as the same is benefitted for your flat as well as common areas maintenance.
