I have talked with the builders and they said that they are shifting project specific teams to the project site. Only God knows what they are trying to achieve. Every week, there are protest at Amrapali by one or other project so to avoid that they have moved everything at site offices and only kept bare minimum operational staff at corporate office. Earlier there marketing teans used to sell the flats with Credit Note Assurance and some of them have even sold the apartments on the basis that there is no Car parkig fees as its free.They still haven't mentioned this in there Rate list ,they are Charging it as Facility Charges.
