Hi all, I have talked with the builders and they said that they are shifting project specific teams to the project site. Only God knows what they are trying to achieve. Every week, there are protest at Amrapali by one or other project so to avoid that they have moved everything at site offices and only kept bare minimum operational staff at corporate office. Of course, taking legal path is the only way left now which in turn will pressurize Amrapali. We have stuck with our hard earned money. Secondly, Greater Noida Authority is equally responsible for all these builder mess. We should also protest in front of them. If no solution comes then street protest. Any builder can not do all these lawless things without any support of Gr. Noida official authority.

Hi, I got to know from some sources that they will be getting part completion certificate from Govt. But if they will get it, how is it helpful for us? What is part completion certificate?
Part completion Certificate is when you apply for Completion Certificate and lets take you have 100 sq-yrd area but you constructed only 25% of that area so you will get Completion Certificate for that area not for the full. But if our flat will be in that 25% area we can be lucky enough to get our home.

Hi friends, Is Amrapali asking for service tax after High Court order? If any one getting demand letter for service tax even after high court's order then send the developer High Court order copy.
No need to pay service tax for demand letter send by the developer and kindly check the whether demand letter was issued after High Court order and if it includes service tax too. Because i believe that the builder while sending the demand letter will also include the service tax in the absence of any notification from the center. So, the buyers will have to put pressure on the centre for early notification provided the centre may not go for appeal against High Court order.

Q: Earlier there marketing teans used to sell the flats with Credit Note Assurance and some of them have even sold the apartments on the basis that there is no Car parkig fees as its free.They still haven't mentioned this in there Rate list ,they are Charging it as Facility Charges.

Hi Sai kumar, Recently I heard from news that, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has issued a public notification, saying that builders/developers are not allowed to hand over ownership of residential units to buyers without first getting the completion certificate and cautioned of strict action if the rules are not followed.

Hi Sarhit, I know that the project is getting delay and in such situation you want to exit then you have to suffer loss. As everybody know about the project issue and they don't want to take any risk. Better, hang on more few more time and in between if you are getting any buyers don;t look for the profit sold out and exit.

Of course, going legal is the only way left now which in turn will pressurize Amrapali. We have stuck with our hard earned money. Secondly, Greater Noida Authority is equally responsible for all these builder mess. We should also protest in front of them. If no solution comes then street protest. All the replies except Ankit are from either advertizers or from dealers .... not trustable. How can we trust on this builder, I googled and find out 3 developers with the name either Samridhi or Samriddhi or Samruddhi .... its very confusing.

I will say that Nirala Estate is a good project and they are offering possession in the year end. It's current price is Rs. 3300/sq-ft. So, wait for this year end and see if the possession is being handed out or not... if handed out then check quality ..and if all good then buy it...
But one thing which i have heard about this locality and my prime responsibility to share with you. Dust pollution is a big issue in this area. People staying in CR are also facing this while traveling using this route. Roads are not cleaned on a regular basis, despite a lot of precautions, people are complaining of breathing problems.

Hi all, I have talked with the builders and they said that they are shifting project specific teams to the project site. Only God knows what they are trying to achieve. Every week, there are protest at Amrapali by one or other project so to avoid that they have moved everything at site offices and only kept bare minimum operational staff at corporate office. It is difficult to avoid protests or a repeat of what was done by some other builders like Vigneshwara etc.Hi all, I have talked with the builders and they said that they are shifting project specific teams to the project site. Of course, going legal is the only way left now which in turn will pressurize Amrapali. Secondly, in my view Greater Noida Authority is equally responsible for all these builder mess. We should also protest in front of them. If no solution comes then street protest. Any builder can not do all these lawless things without any support.

@Adras, Part completion Certificate is when you apply for Completion Certificate and lets take you have 100 sq-yrd area but you constructed only 25% of that area so you will get Completion Certificate for that area not for the full. But if our flat will be in that 25% area we can be lucky enough to get our home.

No, they haven't asked for any service tax payment till date and if they are sending any such demand letter, no need to pay service tax for demand letter send by the developer and kindly check the whether demand letter was issued after High Court order and if it includes service tax too. Because i believe that the builder while sending the demand letter will also include the service tax in the absence of any notification from the center. So, the buyers will have to put pressure on the centre for early notification provided the centre may not go for appeal against High Court order.

Hi Sarith, I can understand your pain and in this situation if you want to exit then you have to suffer a huge loss. As everybody know about the project issue and they all don't want to take any risk. Better, stick for some more time and in between if you are getting any buyers then sold it and exit, don't wait for profit.
