As far as I know, they are yet to get the DTCP and some other approvals. They are telling it will be done next month..but they are promptly telling me this every month for the past 1 and half year!!. I am concerned whether any serious issue is there for getting approval. Also, they have not yet restarted construction. They have promised delivery by july 2013!!!

Recently I went to JS looking to rent a flat but I was confronted by the watchman at the gate ,who asked me to meet Madhan for rental issues .Upon talking to him he asked me for 1 month's advance as commission .But I declined his offer and later I managed to rent a flat here without paying any commission.Having moved here I came to know that the Maintenance company DFMS is run by Madhan under the patronage of a resident in JS who seems to be part of JASFOA officials.Also the Aavin milk contract is taken by this JS resident and it is being implemented by Madhan on behalf of the JS resident.So even if the Maintenance company is changed Madhan will remain here.JS will be a better place only if this guy is shown the door.

Resale is also great value at this timeframe. That being said you can also buy a flat that is 5-7 years old and live in it for another 13-15 years without facing any problem, but one cannot expect a very high return on the money invested.
