Yeah. There is also some rule with revoking the gift. Generally it won;t be applicable to you in this case. But nevertheless stay informed as the donor party. Yea the posession starts from december 2015, but they are not offering many facilities as compared to the other projects and apartments that are coming up. Only a gymnasium and a power back up is available. the price is around 32 lakhs if i am not wrong. A 2 bhk apartment of 950 sqft there costs more than 33 lakhs, A 3 bhk apartment of 1900 sqft comes for 48 Lakhs+. It is a little pricey if you ask me. These are within the hebbal industrial area only. If you venture slightly outside there are many more actually, like ED Hospital, Chandrakala Hospital, and Priyadarshini General Hospital. There are lots of other amenities available here, like Car Parking, All round garden, Lift, DG Backup, Children Stage, Pantry etc. The houses are all vastu compliant, and they are all earthquake resistant also. The location of this project is good if you are looking for a peaceful accommodation. Did you know that this project faced a lot of opposition from a ot of people as they thought that it would spoil the heritage that the building is.
