Basically this Treasure Island mall was occupying more space than they were allotted and were paying property tax for. No, i totally disagree with you. Setting the fixed reserve price at such a low price was not ideal and also fair. The reserve amount will not be able to satisfy their requirements at any cost. Do u thnk its fair? The pending due are rs. 387 crore for the banks and rs. 229 crore for the employees. the bank was actually auctioning the land through DRT to recover this amount.No, i totally disagree with you. I think earlier, indore was one among the most critically polluted cities of the country. There is even a small shopping centre called the Malwa Complex, basically where Mhow residents love to shop. There is actually a large number of garment stores and tailor shops in Mhow. There arent that many big supermarket brands along this place. The closest is the Reliance Fresh near the Mahatma Gandhi Road. What the other person said is right. Now here's something for residential project investment. Bicholi mArdana, AB Bypass Road, Mahalaxmi Nagar, Kanadia road and Khandwa road have seen the best of development over the past few years.
