Can I get a 2BHk flat of same size in resale? If yes, then at what price should i consider to purchase the flat as an end user. According to the builder's website and the brochure I have got, the current price on CLP is 3400/- Sq. Ft., 220/- and 200/- sq. ft. towards floor PLC for the first and second floor respectively (as I am looking to get the first or second floor only) and 2,50,000/- for car parking, 50 + 50/sq. ft. towards corner and park facing PLC, Rs. 25/sq. ft. towards I.F.M.S..

The figure for MMR is 15%. People who invested with an aim of exiting with good gains in three four years are stuck.
