See the Niranjanpur area is falls on the perimeter of the eastern ring road too, so i think there is a scope for future prospects here. Mhow is very secure as well. It has a military/contonement area within it and is quite peaceful. Thjere is a huge population of army personnel here with some prestegious army training institutions here like the Infantry School, The Military College of Telecommunications and the Army War College. As far as I have heard trees are mostly being cut. To be honest the piped gas project hasnt been able to achieve what it set out to do. The plan was to set up 500 connections by March of 2012. Q: Hi, i have zeroed in on two housing societies in Rangwasa, Shubham Green Row house and Shreenath Vrindavan. I am confused about which one to finalize.
My comments to replies
In my opinion you should go for Shreenath Vrindavan because the price for a 1500 sq feet flat is quite less compared to the 1800 sq feet flat of Shubham green row. The per square feet price for Shreenath Vrindavan is Rs 1300 square feet while that for Shubham green row house is Rs 1950, which is a considerable difference.
If you go through the price specifications, you will realise that just for an extra 300 square feet you will have to pay almost Rs 16 lakhs more, which just doesn't make sense. Also comparing other facilities you will find just a negligible difference. Shelling out 35 lakhs for a 3BKH flat in the outskirts of town is not a smart investment decision in my opinion.

I think, for the hospital and healthcare facilities, you have to go to some distant area almost 5-10 kilometers away. Indore Maternity and ENT Centres as well as Mayur Hospital are at an approachable distance. hey there...see, Bulandshahr is actually near to the Vijay Nagar locality and Sukhliya locality in the suburbs of Indore. It is located in the north-eastern side of the city of Indore. The area is well connected to the rest of the city by the MR 10 road that connects this locality to the NH 27 and the Agra-Bombay road as well as Eastern Ring road and Indore Bypass road.
yeah..in my opinion, this locality is a peaceful locality. It is primarily a residential area with many residential pockets in here. Some of the popular residential areas are Shyam Nagar, Malvi Nagar, Swasthya Nagar, Shalimar Banglow Park, Sanskriti Nagar, Maa Sharda Nagar, Scheme no. 136 etc.

You can see that there is one good children speciality hospital in this locality, it is called the Amit Children's Hospital. There are also some good hospitals in the nearby localities such as the Ashadeep Hospital, Lifecare hospital, Synergy Hospital, Bapat Hospital, Patanjali, Bombay Hospital, Kibs Hospital etc.
In addition to the schools, colleges and hospitals mentioned by you guys, I think the presence of shopping areas and other essential commercial development should be in the locality where we stay. Anyway, no worries here. because you find a lot of small shopping places as well as good malls Kushi wedding mall, Kamco chew food and some other shops related to industry and automobile etc.

This is a project taken up by Vastu Developers who have succesfully completed several projects in Indore. This project will have any where betwen 500 to 1000 units in this project in the Raud Road area of Indore which is known to be quite good among the locals here.
Hey this project is still under construction and it will be made available for possession to move in from the July of 2015 as of what was told by the builders than the earlier date of January of the year 2015.

Ok so this locality is a bit towards the eastern outskirts of the city. But its not like that makes it isolated or remote. This case will hopefully wake the Indore city board up into action. I mean there isn't any proper planning of sewerage disposal through treatment plants and the likes. This is a plot land developed to give 100 to 500 units of sites in the Shivnagar area of Indore. The average property prices in Nanda Nagar is approximately Rs 3300 per sq ft, which is pretty okay, dont you think? With the pace in which Indore is growing, the prices will definitely increase in the near future. I think that knowing about the property prices in the area is very important when planning to live in that area. With that in mind the average property prices in the area are around Rs 3500 to Rs 3700 per sq ft. I think that the BRTS corridor is a good platform dedicated to the i-bus. It was intended to become a solution to public transport problems of the people. But now, it has become a boon to the administrative officers but a headache to the denizens.
