Apart from that if you have no Occupancy Certificate means that the building has not been given all the mandatory infrastructure/ clearances that make the building inhabitable. The law states that it is illegal for a building without OC to be occupied. There are several reasons for this, including: 1) The building is not as per the sanctioned plan, has illegal unsanctioned floors/ walls/ extensions, 2) The building is not safe to inhabit because of quality of construction, safety of stairs/ lifts, electrical safety, fire safety, airline safety, etc., 3) The building is not capable of fulfilling its mandatory role in managing its waste, sewage, water etc.HI Dayananda,

Arun Jaitely, in his first budget had increased service tax rate to 14% from 12.36% and then added 0.50% as Swachh Bharat Cess from 15th November, 2015. Now, with krishi kalyan cess of 0.50%, the new service tax rate will be 15% effective from 1st June 2016.Hi friends!!

Property tax can be calculated with the help of following method:- (Capital value-based system) Capital value = Base value x Built up area x Use category x Type of building x Age factor x Floor factor.
Property tax once fixed, will not be revised for 5 years and after that the increase will be restricted to 40% Residential units with greater than 500 sq-ft carpet area will pay twice the old tax or tax calculated by new system Residential units with less than 500 sq-ft carpet area will pay taxes as per old system.

But seeing the current market trend across the country, i would suggest you Rs.2600/q-ft will be a good buy if you are a good bargainer. The only thing about eco-vista is it does not give an option to someone who doesn't own a car and doesn't plan to invest in buying one pay for the parking charges which is super high. i think if they could give out an option for the buyer to choose and pay when he does own an asset to park it makes more sense.

If your mother, sister and brother is alive then it is very necessary to register a Relinquishment Deed in your favor from your mother and sister at the concerned registrar. Because after the death of your father you, your mother and your sister all have inherited 1/3rd undivided equal share in the whole property of your father and they can released their share in favour of you by the virtue of Relinquishment Deed and after that you will be the owner of the whole property.Hi,

No the said exemption is only for residential RWA societies, for commercial it is applicable from INR 1, if the association is having aggregate turnover above 20 L per annual as per GST law.Regarding second query if the association is working as pure agent , where actual liability is of the unit not society, than not applicable however in you case connection is in the name of society and same is collected on actual consumption basis GST shall be levied.
