See the project is in soft launch.. it will be launched in December. After launching they said ... they will take 18 months to complete the project.

The current prices for apartments on Sohna Road ranges from Rs 9,000-9,500 per sq ft. But we compare the price of the same location it was Rs 7,000-7,500 sq ft. in the beginning of 2011. This all changes took place due to the festive season, thats knocking the doors!!

When we talk about investment returns factors which affect the price to appreciate is the location, the brand, the builders reputation and also the infrastructure present! If we judge this company the the price wont even take place... So rest of the factors that might push up the returns are the social infra and locality. I guess 45% hike you will get after 5-6 years! :)

HI Aniket, both the projects are good and from the same reputed group so i guess price factor can be a deciding point... palm gardens is around Rs5400/ sqft and palm hills is around RS 5700/sqft..
Hi, i think its better to go for palm gardens as palm hills is quite congested. but then both projects are good and have options in 3Bhks and 4 bhks... there are also duplex apartments with palm gardens.
