I know water problem persits in Nizampet..but such is a situation of entire city..it s just that it is more here. The area is close to good schools, is there in Nizampet, but it is close to all good schools, dance class, music classes and many other r coaching classes. I don' think it is a bad idea to invest .The area is well connected to shred autos and city buses. You can look for rented flats also. If you are investing in newly launched or under constructed property then ..the project will take around 3-4 years for completion. You can invest in gachibowli, Kukatapally etc. In premium area like Hitech city..you can buy a 1 bhk apartment. Well, this will be a good place to move in. I think yo will be able to live comfortably in Moti Nagar. This area is located on the north western part of th City, and it is known as a very good residential locality and there are many residential pockets in this area.

Hai, Suresh. Sindhi colony is an area that is on the Northern side of the city, and it is very well known for the commercial base that it has. But if you consider all the surrounding areas near that locality, then Sindhi Colony is the only place that is relatively calm and quite, I think you will be able to live there happily.

Q: Is there any end date or any specific date that Arcvista can give from June 2015 can go up to June 2020 also. Don't try to cheat customers by giving a false commitments . Provide an exact date that when the possession will be given. It is easy to change dates on the online sites try to understand customer concerns. Hi, I am also thinking to buy a flat in Arcvista Project launched by Mittal Group. The project is quite impressive. The current rate they offer me is Rs 4700 per sq ft. And for 2 BHK of 1000 sq ft cost around 57 lakhs. Yes, you can take the loan from SBI, there is no issue in getting the home loan for this project. The project has got approval from PMC and banks like SBI, ICICI, HDFC and LIC.

Accurate Wind Chimes are a residential project with 2BHK and 3BHK Apartments located in Gachibowli-Narsingi, near ORR, and a short distance from the Financial District, Gachibowli, HITEC City and Madhapur. Sales representative quoted Rs 3550 per sq ft and he said he will provide the best possible while booking this project.
@ Prashant, I think the Pre EMI option is good for under construct project. It will give certain pressure towards builder and bank to complete the project on time.

Q: Want to know how reliable this Dharani Infra venture is? And there Open Plot which they named as Tulip Heights they say is HMDA Approved is it True? Normally all outer areas fall under Panchayat then how come they are claiming HMDA approval? Can please throw more lights on performance and reliablity of Dharani Infra Venture?ASAP

The project is located at Veljerla Village on J.P.Darga Road, Farooqnagar (Shadnagar Municipality) Mandal, Mahaboobnagar Dist. connecting the Bangalore Express Highway and is a very impressive project. Q: I am purchasing an apartment valued at 32.5 lakhs. But the actual govt value builder says is 19,12,500. He informed me that registration charges is valued at 6% = 1,14,750 VAT 1.25% = 23,907 Service tax 4.6% of 32.5 lakhs = 1,49,500 2500 GHMC charges and 15000 documents is this correct
