I know water problem persits in Nizampet..but such is a situation of entire city..it s just that it is more here. The area is close to good schools, is there in Nizampet, but it is close to all good schools, dance class, music classes and many other r coaching classes. I don' think it is a bad idea to invest .The area is well connected to shred autos and city buses. You can look for rented flats also.
