I am planning to buy a resale property in CHD avenue sohna road gurgaon. Ive been told by the builder and property dealers that there is 60 ft wide sector road which is going to come up from subhash chowk to CHD avenue in a years time. As of now the entrance is from the back side of the village which doesnt have a good approach.
I wanted to know that how can I confirm whether this road is going to be constructed or not and if yes then by when would it be completed.

NO, the construction work has not started yet and will start soon. As far as approval is concerned, if they have the required approvals then project has started.
