Yeah. It was in te newspapers recently. There is some new form of restriction on the supply of sand. And that has sort of hit the limits. Hey basically, KBL Silicon City is right in the IT HUB of Hebbal Industrial area. Its huge. Some 100 acres or so. The location is the catch. Walkable from Infosys and L & T etc. I am not sure however when will it be completed. The problem has been there till now since the civic body failed to explain before court the criteria for selection of villages before their merger in municipal limit. Yes locality is definitely good, right on the Adipampa road in Vontikoppal. Close to hospitals like the Nanjamma Javaregowda hospital, Basappa Memorial hospital and the Chandrakala Hospital. this is really sad. I think the expansion of the airport would have been a great development for mysore. More and more investments would come. Now only the smaller aircrafts are landing the aircraft. But, if it will expanded, then the larger aircrafts can land there. This will lead to the growth of the city as well as the city's tourism sector. this is really sad. in fact, the work for the 32 km stretch was divided into four packages. The social infrastructure of this region is not that good anyway. It must be surprising when you come to know that there are no schools or colleges in this region. yeah..but one thing is that you cannot totally depend on the parks alone for the residential localities. I think the connectivity to major parts of the city has to be checked. The builders are offering some decent amenities with the apartments. True. A basement parking was supposed to come up in Mysore at the Town Hall. But it is not be found due to the tter innefficient work by the Mysore city corporation. The urban body has for the third straight year cut the revenue target, which means it is in a lot of mess. Though it presented a surplus of Rs 2.71 crore, all is not well at MUDA at present.
