No no. Not much variation. Unlike from other real estate builders, Green City has only two options. 30 x 40 sq ft and 50 x 80 sq ft. Their selling price is the catch. Rs 500 per sq ft only!No no. Every other day some new project is being launched here. And after the saturation of Bangalore, I think most of these IT companies are targetiing Mysore next. You dont have to go as far as the More market. There is a Greenz supermarket just 5 mins walk from the complex. Number of other smaller grocery shops are aroudn here, no need to go further off. Simple man. Always ask for the license details of the vendor. Nowadays you can even avoid stamps and get a dd/challan or pay order to pay the duty. The authorities have been regularly inspecting the vendor licenses too. but from your end always do a thorough check to avoid getting scammedSimple man. The HIll View Villas sound really good. They only offer 3bhk villas though. The place is pretty scenic and beautiful, giving a magnificent view. You also get many amenities such as a an ATM inside the community and a club house and an indoor stadium among other things. The project is by MMG constructions in Srirarumpura, and they are hoping to complete the construction work by first quarter of next year. As of now the completion date has been announced some time in May 2015, so if you buy now, you can get possession right after the completion. The mysore city corporation officials are already planning to activate all the nine zero waste management units which are set up in the different zones of the city. Now, there is only one garbage treatment plant in this location and it has been pressurized with much load. The plan is to activate all of these waste management units and reduce the pressure on the existing treatment garbage plant at Vidyaranyapuram.Definitely, i saw the same thing in the news recently. I think the work for ORR was started over a decade ago. Most part of the road is ready. It was recently that the urban body is building the 9.33 km of the ORR. Now this ORR loop cannot be completed without building the 800 metre stretch. MUDA requires the land urgently to take up the preliminary works before building the roads. The exact area that has been identified is 770 acres that lies in four villages including Ballahalli as well as Kerghalli. There is plan to create four layout in these areas with numerous sites. Plenty of hospitals here though. There is the Krishna hospital, nanjangud govt hospital, Susrutha ortho care, and ESI hospital, all within the locality. The NICE ring road project, which was started to improve connectivity between Bengaluru and Mysore, ironically never reached Mysore City. An important link road connecting Tumkur, Mysore, Magadi, and Hosur Roads, is ready. The place you're talking to, its actual name is Halladakallahalli. But people just started calling it Hannhalli instead. This place is towards the north western outskirts of the city. Srirampura and Mysore altogether still boast of some very well maintained and functional parks with a lot of trees, Children's play areas and jogging tracks for the general population to use. Upon contacting the builders I found out that the apartment will have 4 floors excluding the ground floor. Of the 3 bhk apartments here, there are attached bathrooms for 2 of them while one of them is a common one. You see leaking drains in here everywhere here during monsoon. :( They are over flowing all the time and it is very ugly to see. I guess there is an issue of water scarcity also in here. The locality of Deepanagar is very calm and quiet and is unlike the bustling city of mysore. You can call it one green area, because, it has so many good gardens, farms, as well in this region. hey there, as this is primarily a very small residential areas, the social infrastructure is not that attractive inside the locality. Though, you can see a good social infrastructure in the nearby locality. Hi there, I was living in Devayyanahundi for past 5 years. It is actually a locality situated near to the Mysore City area. It is actually on the southern side of Mysore, near to BEML Nagar, Srirampura, Aravinda Nagar, Mahadevapura, and JP Nagar.
Hey, I think that the connectivity is a high point in this region, no? The area is quite near to the Mananthavadi Road that connects Mysore to Kerala. You can also see the Ashokapuram Railway station in this region. There are also some other link roads that connect the area to other interior areas for example Devayyanahundi Main road.

I think you should make note of the hospitals, clinics, etc basically all the healthcare facilities around the place. First of all there is the Sarathi General Hospital here. Also the Poornima Hospital is also here. Yes there are a couple of hospitals along this stretch. And since its a direct route, they are all easily accessible from different points of the road. I think most of the residential properties that you will find in this locality are individual houses only. There are also some other villas type houses also that you can see here. Not many apartments can be seen here. Sathyangara is actually a very good residential locality that is located in the Gayathripuram region of Mysore. You can see that the area is a very good commercial and residential region in the city of Mysore. It is near to the locality of Rajendra Nagar, Rajiv Nagar, Jyothi Nagar, etc.
Hey, as you can see, this locality of Sathyanagara no? it has a very good connectivity to the rest of the city. The Mahadevapura road passes near to the locality. The Shivaji road as well as Bangalore Mysore road is not far away. The interior connectivity of this place is also quite good.

Dude the power back up is there for the 3 bhk flats as well. And so is the intercom system. Manasa Sri Ranga is a very good projects. This is one of the undergoing projects of Manasa Developers. The location of the building is quite good and then you can feel that it is a very refreshing area. the location of this project which is in Yadavgiri is very strategic also.
This residential project has around 9 units. you can see that the property has some 5400 square feet area on the whole. There are three floors excluding the ground floor. They provide some good 2 bhk apartments as well as 3 bhk.

This city also has plans to increase the greenery and to do that they have thought of manitaining all the 27 tanks across the city and the channels to get rid of any obstructions. Also the civic board has planned a botanical garden near the chamundi hill area.. Also you need to have all the tax paid documents of the property. Then you need the Khata agreement which is like the grading a plot get based on the location that it is in. A khata sites are the best.
