Hi Hritwik, Project got all the required approval from Noida Development Authority and almost all the leading financial institutions are offering housing loan for this project. I have a discussion with their sale executive and they told me that the possession date will be June'2015.

@Saran, yes, its very first project in vicinity which has offered possession and people have moved. Project is catching initial foot fall, nothing exceptional as the security is mess there currently anybody can go inside. possession is offered in all towers around 100 families are moved there. But registry is still not opened. Flat quality looks ok..Cupboard quality is ok..false selling in bathroom looks very cheap..

Sector 119 is very good location to reside. There is easy access to both sides of Noida business hubs-Sector 62 and also the Noida-G Noida Expressway. Basic amenities and public transport are also nearby like Metro Station, Hospitals and various malls with in a radius of 4 - 5 kms. I am a resident of sector-18, Noida. So, i can make sure you that availability of water and electricity in sufficient amount. This sector is very approachable since all the public transport facilities are available and fully developed infrastructure is already in place.

Well Hritwik, As far as infrastructure development is concern it is the best location in Noida. End users planning to live here should have to wait for at least three to five years till then more development would have taken place. Power supply is another area of concern in this locality. But the availability fo water in sufficient amount. Only 4 Kms from existing Noida City Centre Metro Station. Shopprix Mall and markets are located nearby. Well connected to all near sectors like Sector 51, Sector 52 and Sector 61 and at a very decent 10 minutes drivable distance from Shipra Mall Indirapuram and Sector-18. The project offers excellent connectivity to Delhi and surrounding areas.

heylo Hritwik you have choose a good project for investment. They are offering 2 and 3 BHKs with sizes ranges between 870 - 1705 sq ft and the BSP they are quoting is Rs 2000 per sq ft and then you have pay the EDC also.But the fact i want to share with you is according to the website the project is in hold. So proper details are unavailable.

Hello Mr Shekhar, the current price for fresh bookings is around RS 5100/sqft and in resale the units will be available at say Rs4600-4650/sqft... the builder issues a statement as to how much is paid and other stuff when you start the procedure for purchase.

True mam ,anyone who tend to buy a home for both end use and investment,can choose both from resale and primary market. The area is witnessing huge demand and also n number of good projects. Buyers will have good option and importantly this sector has 2bhk and 3 bhk with 1000-1500 sq ft. Hence the low budget units are also available. Demand is directly proportionate to price appreciation. More demand more price appreciation.

Yes you have heard the fact, the project has very good connectivity. It is surrounded with Dwarka Expressway and also NH 8. Both of them are 3-6 km away from the project! I guess there is also a news of proposed metro station.

The construction already started one year back and the studio apartments is expected to get completed by 2016. The basic cost of a studio apartments is around Rs 58 lakhs plus 4 lakhs car parking plus 2 lakhs club membership and floor rise.

sure anil.. this is as advised by the company represenatatives.. the project is completely sold out and is available in resale only. A 2bhk of 850 sqft will come at Rs 4000-4200. 3bhk of 1150sqft that is 2 side open space will be costing Rs 4200-4400 3 bhk of 1280sqft that is park facing comes for Rs 4200 while the road facing unit will be available for Rs 3900 as well.

well it seems that the authority has approved the mixed land use policy and so now commercial establishments can function in residential areas . but there needs to be a 24 meters or more wide road.

Hello, Even i have booked a property in this project and talked with the sales executive and found that the possession would be around April'2015. so, you are absolutely right. Construction work is about to finish and they will start finishing work from next month. If you are looking for site visit they have a ready sample apartment.

Q: I represent the Buyers of Paramount Floraville a project in Sector 137 in Noida. I am writing this letter as we are facing huge difficulties with paramount due to their erratic behaviour and lack of transparency. We as a group of 25 people met with the Builder today 14th of June 2014. The result was not very fruitful. We residents want to form a Flat Owners Association so that we represent the whole group of buyers. I was going through the UP Apartment Act 2010 and found that an association can be formed only when Builder has given possession of flats and received Letter of Clearance from Noida Authority. HI, I bought a flat mid last year and have been given 2017 as date. Checked with them while buying that why 2017 as project began in early 2012. They gave the same reason of farmer agitation delaying the work. Noida has better accessibility to Delhi as compared to Gurgaon, which relies only on the Jaipur Highway. According to me, Noida Extension is a piece of Greater Noida in the Gautam Budh Nagar area of Uttar Pradesh. All parts under Noida Extension are a piece of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). Sector 2 is the closest area from the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road, which is a 130-meter wide street and comes in the wake of intersection the Hindon Bridge.

The fortune of of the constitutional Amendment Bill on GST hangs in the balance in parliament. But the Finance Ministry is in no mood to decrease or modify the 1% additional tax that will be imposed on manufacturing states.
Right Lekshmi, It is also heard that the ministry may take some steps to relieve the shock of the expected jump in the service tax rate. Even states are comfortable with the compensation formula in the Constitutional Bill. A sub-committee has been set up to suggest a rule of procedure to avoid the impact of issue from the proposed 1% additional manufacturing tax.

Good Morning All !!!!! Yes, it seems to me that if this kind of obstructionism by the Congress party remains, GST may miss the April 1st, 2016 deadline. As Congress's announcement on Tuesday opposing a special session of Parliament for the passing of the GST Constitutional Amendment Bill. Almost all the party has given their grant , so it is only a matter of time before it is passed.
Congress say that calling of a special session of Parliament will serve no purpose unless the government takes action against Sushma Swaraj and BJP chief ministers. I don't understand that what is going on in their mind. They are useless in their governing period so they don't want to see their opponent's progress. There could be more reason but i don't want to disclose here.

Hello Mohit There are many complaints and the court case against this builder. Antriksh builder cheated buyers after booking their home. Last 5 years, buyers of this project are still waiting for their flat possession. Do not invest your hard earned money such kind of projects.
Yes, i am agreed with Saran. Hundreds of flats buyers are still waiting for their flat possesion. And those who have got their flat possession facing several issues such as society maintenance is worst. Their staff behaves like govt service employees. They do not bother to act on complaints until you have made several rounds at their office. Construction quality is the worst, cement used is of very poor quality. You can see cracks forming in the walls, kitchen tiles, balcony areas. seepage has crept in and wooden flooring is coming off.
