Yes … there are lot of IT, BPO,MNC companies which are already there and few are coming in that stretch of 25 km. Like TCS, IBM,Global Logix, Excel and many more,so there are very good chance for employment . We can also take this as point for future appreciation also.. as people who will work in this sector will prefer to stay near their offices. More the demand, equally price will also go up. Even resale units will also have good appreciation after 8-9 years!

hmmm you have Dadri road and Noida Expressway that surrounds the sector in both the sides. For Delhi you can take the Noida Greater Noida Expressway which is just 15 min from the sector and commute to Delhi.

Hmm about appreciation i wanna say, that pricing of properties would be an important aspect to look at while buying any project for end user purpose. Also if one is regularly commuting to Delhi will be positive point for the end user to choose this location. For investors, this was one of the best area for huge appreciation. Hi Santosh they offering villas of 3000 - 7650 Sq ft and the price is straying from Rs 4.78 Crores to 14.85 Crores. This price is all inclusive, a bit costly but for a life time investment this is a very good option!

it seems that some of the aprroved road links were never implemented and more exit connections are needed on this streach..... faulty and incomplete execution of approved plans- no wonder traffic is a nightmare there....

well the long-term plan by dimts includes creating an underpass near Chirag Dilli village, upto Nehru Place, creating a parallel road along the BRT or creating a grate separator which will connect with the existing Chirag Delhi flyover. but will this work?? remains to be seen

well i personally think that the bus rapid transit was faulty all along..it just added onto the woes of regular travellers on this streach... i will suggest that it be scrapped altogether....

Hi sukhpreet... they are proving for 24 hour security in this gated vastu friendly area.. the buildings are a combination of high rise and low rise flats so that the air and light into the houses are unhindered..there is 70% green area and the building have green facings as well... landscaped surroundings and ultra modern fitting and fixtures in the houses are on plan...

Hello Sanchita, Even i was looking for the expected date of possession then i made conversation with the executive and found that the possession date would be June'2018. They told me that 80% loan will be available by HDFC Bank but more bankers will be added like Axis and UBI.

Hi..the news in is that the MCG chief has asked the engineering department officials to crosscheck all the building plans sanctioned since the municipal corporation came into existence in 2008...
Yea it seems that although there is stiff oposition to the chief,he has taken and stand and wants to check all buildings now... he has directed the engineering department officials to start demolition proceedings in case a building plan is found to have been passed in violation of the prescribed norms.

well , i heard that they have 3 and 4 bhks and the basic price is around 8700/sq ft in the pre launch phase. so a 3 bhksof 2092sq ft will cost at starting from Rs 1.8Cr.

Hi, In my point view Sector -95A, Gurgaon is a on Pataudi Road, a very good residential and growing locality with better opportunity for investors & home buyers. It is surrounded by other Sectors like Sector-95,95 B,Sector-93,94,89,89 A. It is well connected to other parts of the city . It has all the basic amenities in and around it's vicinity. Schools,College , Hospitals, Banks, Mall, Market etc are nearby.
Hi, As per source in year 2011 this location had price 2400/sq-ft ,which increased rapidly in year 2012 & 2013. Current price of this location is 4200/sq-ft. Better connectivity, State Highway major infrastructures boost up this locality . So if someone wants to buy or keen to investment ,all kind of amenities & features are available here. Definitely this location will have better appreciation in terms of residential investment.

There will be excellent connectivity with Dwarka NH-8 and Manesar on Broad Roads. Major railway station close to this sector is Basai Dhankot Railway Station. Huda City Centre Metro Station is nearby to this sector.

Hi Hitesh. Technically speaking, retirement home projects are developed keeping in mind certain age groups, and should ideally be designed with special facilities to make life more comfortable for senior citizens. However, the on-ground meaning in India has for the longest time been that any project and location that fits a certain budget and requirements is potentially a suitable retirement home.
However, sentiments and outlooks have changed considerably over the last few years. Many elderly people now have sufficient monetary reserves and have begun valuing their independence even after retirement. Naturally, many developers have begun catering to this emerging demand, and the concept is gaining ground rapidly.

Hi Sonia, Gurgaon has been the hot-spot for Real Estate investments since last decade and a half. The compounded annual growth rate of property prices in Gurgaon have beaten all other cities in India. This growth was extremely due to strong growth in corporate office space in the city. The office and residential space development in the city has been led by private players while infrastructure is being built by Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA).
@ Sonia, In my point of view, Northern Expressway, commonly called as Dwarka Expressway, is a 150 m wide road that will connect Dwarka with NH8 cutting Pataudi Road. This road is being developed on PPP (Public Private Partnership) model). There are various infrastructure and Real Estate projects planned along this road.

Hi , In my point of view, this project has metro network, nearness to NPR Expressway, decently joined other parts of sector and in addition Utility parts (100 and 101) being nearest to this proposed township & Many private and business projects heading up in the region - DLF, Bestech, 3Cs, Vatika, Orris, Ansals, SARE, Ramprastha, Mapsko and Vipul, Godrej, and so forth.
@ Jitendar, According as far as anyone is concerned, this project is Right alongside part 88A Gurgaon (Commercial division) and Very near to the current HUDA segments 9, 10 and 10 A. This project is near to proposed metro station & proposed ISBT at around a separation of 2 kms and existing track station around 5 kms.

As per the news, the online system will have 5-features and cover the whole area of a project starting from the filing of application to their scrutiny, sanction of building plans, payments by developers for external and infrastructure development to government besides the monthly or quarterly progress of the project and compliance of norms.
Right Arpit, The town and country planning department will launch first few applications by March-end and the rest in June to end differentiation, selective choice in processing applications and corruption. The applicants can also track the progress of their applications.

Yes, Even small details such as notices and orders issued by local offices will have to be uploaded, thereby leaving no scope for them to misuse their authority. Since every detail of projects including that of allottees will be available online, anyone buying a flat under Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category won't be able to buy another one from a different developer.
I think its a good initiative by the Haryana Govt. Till now there was no such system to check whether one person has several EWS flats and there have also been allegations of developers booking these flats in fake names.
