What's worse in Bengali colony is the water logging problems. Worst thing is that every year the authorities actually delay the laying of drainage pipes so much, that monsoon season begins and the drainage work still hasn't been completed. Well the plan is to implement the construction of the Indore metro project in a phase-wise manner. There are good hopes of Indore becoming a smart city actually. In fact just some days ago, a team from Dubai visited the city, to explore the possibilities for setting up a smart city here. I think something like this is highly necessary, with the extra 200 metric tonnes of garbage coming in every day from the 29 villages. That extra waste will contribute to the existing garbage of 1000 metric tonnes per day from Indore city. The apartments are being constructed keping in mind the safety of the residents. The foundation is earthquake resistant and the frame is RCC quality checked. I think even though some aspects of the social infrastructure is good here, you cannot find another important aspect here, that is the shopping centres. this area does not have good shopping centres. For this you have to access the nearby town. Only some small shops and other things can be seen in this area. Flea markets are also active here. Yeah..as far as the educational sector in this area is concerned, two international schools are in this area, dude. The Indus World School and the Shishukunj International School. But the area lacks the benefit of any other social infrastructure. The area is primarily a residential hotspot. There are mostly induvidual houses as well as villas only here. You cant find many apartments here. You can see that the area has some small but good shops like Life Line Medical Store, Gift Gallery, Super shoppie, Gift Gallery etc here. You can also find some good restaurant here like the Shubham Tasty Centre and Delicious hut.
Yeah, I agree with you. The area has good social infrastructure. Mahaveer Vidyalaya and PHI Kids are some of the schools that you can find here. There is one good hospital here. It is known as the Lifeline Hospital. Moreover, the CHL Hospital is also very near to this locality.

The connectivity is the good in this locality. The MR 10 road passes through the centre of this locality. The LIG Main Road will give you access to the Agra Bombay road. Hey, the Gyankriti Preschool is one of the schools that are located in this area. There is this Mini Gems Nursery School also here. You can also get good access to the Pioneer Convent school as well as Advanced Academy as well as Delhi Public School etc in the nearby area.
