I defy that, sec-137 is more profitable than 143.If you ask me why, then my answer goes like this : Sec-143 is almost surrounded by villages on 2 sides, henceforth the area is not safe . Also it is very far Noida Expressway, which shows it will not have any direct connectivity.The area is also filled with projects which are in pre-launch stage. There are a lot of construction going on. To have a proper livability, the area area will take 3-5 years.
Whereas the main issue of high drain in Sector 137 and Sector 168,will be covered up, as the authority have proposed an over bridge above the drain. Due to this projects like Exotica Fresco, Shubhkamna will have a huge resale value. It is my request to all the buyers until the builders obtain completion certificates, the possession of the apartment is only ornamental because the house is not really yours. You should not take possession of houses without completions certificates, but the buyers have been paying rent and loan instalments together for so long, that they are just taking possession any way as to get some financial relief.
