Hey Guys - IF I'm not wrong as per the RBI Rules - B Khatha property wont get the loan from any nationalised banks. Dont waste ur money/time in giving money to any broker.

Hi All , By default G+3 is the normal permission given , but i see G+4 is built. Can any one please confirm G+4 is approved by BBMP , or top floor is constructed without permission. I also checked for OC , they are telling once people occupy and Association is formed they will apply for it.

Hi all, Kundalahalli is one of the fastest developing area in the city. It is very close to Whitefield, locality has a significant number of gated communities by reputed developers. Modern facilities within the complexes have been provided with garbage recycling and eco-friendly measures in most of the buildings. The area is growing primarily because of its proximity to IT offices. It has a 6-lane road that connects to the international airport. Supermarkets, clinics, hotels, bakeries, hospitals - are within the locality. However the prices of apartments coming up here are affordable compared to other neighboring localities. The current residential property rate in the locality is between 3750-4100/sq-ft.

Locality review: Hosur road was once an outskirt locality in Bangalore but now Hosur Road has good connectivity to downtown city areas by BMTC bus services. The commuting will become more easy and smooth once the proposed Namma Metro gets operational. The National Highways Authority of India has constructed a 10-kilometer-long elevated highway from Madiwala and Electronics City. This toll road has made travel to Electronics City a lot easier. The portion of road between Madiwala and Electronics City is the busiest. To ease the traffic in that road, the city traffic police have blocked the movement of trucks in this stretch during the peak hours.

Chikkaballapur, Doddaballapur and Devanahalli are all observing good real estate development in the fast few years.. Nandi Hills is around 20 km to these places.. So I feel it is definitely a good place to invest.

Hello All, Project was suppose to get completed by end of LAST YEAR. But builder intention is not to complete..If somehow complete it takes another Year and complete DEC 2015. They have done lot of deviations as per his proposal.. They have constructed one complete top floor illegally... They have not even that many parking space. Not sure why people buy it with investigating much..

Q: A builder is quoting a Super Built-up area of 1316 sq-ft and providing a carpet area of 842sq-ft ( 64% only). Is this percentage according to the current trends? The apartment is located near Varthur area.

Suzith - 64% superbuiltup is ridiculous!!! I value the property based on the carpet, then I add the amenities, parking etc to comeup with the final number....don't calculate based on superbuilt up - because superbuilt up with out proper amenities doesn't make sense at all. Also check the undivided share of the property....this is a good indicator for evaluation of the property...All the best

I think you should discuss with the builder as well as with your legal expert. May be the builder has taken all the precautions and safety measures for the same.

Hey Anmol, Are you planning to buy a property in this project? The area of apartments in this project ranges from 1161 sqft to 1620 sqft. The project is under construction and the estimated possession is by March 2017.
As far as I know the project has got approval from banks like HDFC, SBI, Axis, PNB and LIC. But Rameswari, any idea if the project has got approval from BBMp and whether it is A Khata property.
