Disinfectation is just a part of it. I think you cant deal with anything unless you have proper knowledge of it. Hey yes, because of the Indore Bypass road that goes right along Nipania, there has been a lot of demand for real estate properties here, There are increasing day by day. I think right now the average price is at 3500 per sqft. But i am not sure. It was not this much in the past 1 or 2 years. BJP is promising a lot of things here in Indore. Its all because of the upcoming elections. They are promising a light metro rail service in the city. I heard that they are also planning to build 5 lakh houses for the economically weaker sections of the society here. And the light metro rail in Indore might actually happen, since its also being planned in Gwalior and Jabalpur. As it is the feasibility studies for the project have already began. I think even though the commercial infrastructure is lacking in Mhow, the place earns full points for having all necessary social facilities. There are so many schools and hospitals here, and of good quality also! Get Well Hospital, Military Hospital, Child Care Hospital, Prashanti Hospital etc are all in Mhow only, and offer pretty decent healthcare services.
There is even a Veterinary Hospital in fact! What more do you want for the place that you're living in. Full of smaller shops and grocery stores. The Bhanwarilal Mithaiwala shop is actually a pretty famous sweet shop here in Mhow. You must try it for sure when you come here.

The social infrastructure of this place is quite below average i think. You wont find that many hospitals or schools here. but there are some in the nearby locality. One is the Government Kamla kant modi Hospital. The Juni Indore Police station is located here. There is just one Government Primary School here.

what i want to say is that the social infrastructure in this area is really good. you can see a lot of schools along this area. Some of the famous schools that you can find in this locality is the St. Vincent Palloti Senior school, St. Patricks School, Jineshwar English Medium School, Mount Carmel Higher Secondary school, etc.
Yeah,. you can also find some hospitals especially near to the main roads where the commercial centres are active. Some good healthcare institutions are Satnam Hospital, Prime Care Hospital, Apollo Hospital, Bapat Hospital are located near to the MR road.

hi guys, I think that suvidhi nagar is one of the active residential areas in the Indore suburban areas. The major type of property that you can buy or rent here are the individual houses. But you see, you cant find any apartment projects here.

Do you know this place is dominated by Apartments of all kinds and as of now there is just one project that has come up in the recent past, which is a year ago or so. It is Surya Suryansh by Surya Builders which is quite newarby to this location.

As far as property prices go, the locality is quite cheap with the current average property prices coiming to Rs 2800 per sq ft. This is quite cheap, and the locality is quite decent.
