Hey yes, because of the Indore Bypass road that goes right along Nipania, there has been a lot of demand for real estate properties here, There are increasing day by day. BJP is promising a lot of things here in Indore. Its all because of the upcoming elections. They are promising a light metro rail service in the city. This was pending for quite a while. IMC had issued notices for demolition of constructions that were on the green belt areas. Following which owners of structures managed to obtain stay from court putting a pause to the inevitable cause that lead to this.
