Vajram Tiara will have 220 apartments with a combination of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The whole project is spread over 4.5 acres of land out of which on one acre of land they are going to construct 30,000 sqft club house with other amenities and the project will be on 3.5 acres of land. It is a G+14 floors structure with 2 level basement parking.

I read about it in some news paper. They have named the project as Madrid Residences. There will be only 8 units and the project will be located between two of the most sought after localities in Bangalore namely Indiranagar and Koramangala.

Actually, the weaker sales and rising inventory levels in the backdrop of unaffordable housing prices are pushing realty developers to change their product strategies.
@Supratim, MMR including Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai has witnessed the maximum fall in apartment sizes on annual basis, along with Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. Other cities also witnessed differing degree of fall in medium apartment sizes.

Right Supratim, They are copying the famous mindful marketing strategy taken by FMCG companies in the late 1990s. But buyers are more defensive and aware of their tricky method of selling flats. So, they will definitely avoid buying flats which are reduce in size.

Right Vasanth, It has been seen that the carpet area of 1BHK in Mumbai Metropolitan Region now comes with an average size of 450 sq-ft, while a 2BHK has an average size of about 650 sq-ft. While 5 yrs ago, it was 600 sq-ft and about 800-900 sq-ft, respectively.

But now they understand the trick.

Yes the project offers both row houses and twin villas. The project has got approval from BBMP and banks like HDFC and SBI. Currently they are quoting is Rs 5000 for twin villas, Rs 4800 for row house with two car parking and Rs 4750 for row house with single car parking.

Q: I have been struggling to buy a good home in bangalore after hearing many issues from my friends and colleagues about the construction quality in bangalore. I found one a couple of wks back and I am very much impressed with the quality and the folds who are actually running the show over there. The project is names as Srimitra Lifestyle, owned by Srimitra construction company which is well established both in bangalore and hyderabad. I visited the property with my family and the construction is 100 % vasthu. Price quoted is also reasonable. A real value for money. Mr. JKReddy the one who we meet is cool to deal with,friendly and very honest about what they give. It is worth taking a look at the project.

they have around 15 yrs of experience in construction. I saw couple in hyderabad too. In Bangalore they have completed 7 and three are in-progress. the only draw back i found is marketing team saying different things when i visited the site and i got his contact form my other frnd who booked in there previous project and i contacted him he told me what they provide and what they dont.

Q: Thinking of buying a flat at mahaveer ranches. heard that there is conflict, a 50 ft road planned from inside the premises and the lake bed is at not at a distance of 75mtrs. Can someone please confirm.

Q: Moving to The Greens is nothing short of happiness for me. My mom and dog are really going to enjoy the place and so I. My only problem is the price, it is a little steep for me but I think in a few months after a promotion I will be able to manage it. Once I move in, I dont think I will leave. My family will settle down there.

Hi, Most of the peripheral areas are good for investment in Bangalore. IT Centric locations such as Whitefield, Sarjapur Road in East and Electronics City in the South are expected to give high returns due to rapid construction and upcoming metro. Northern areas such as Devanahalli and Yelahanka too have a good future are they are on a path to develop as IT hubs. Prices are pretty affordable right now. You can reap healthy returns by investing in these locations.
Yes, I am agreed with Aakash. A proposed IT SEZ in close proximity, close to prime locations such as Whitefield, Koramangala and Electronic city and abundance of schools, colleges, and corporate offices in surroundings make this area a goldmine for a person looking for a residential plot from an investment point of view.
