The recently built bridge across the Hindon has been very helpful to daily commuters. Another point of the city where there are frequent traffic jams is Mohan Nagar T-point. The authorities are working towards making it chaos-free. GDA is also welcoming ideas from people to make the city beautiful. Hi, yes prices along the Yamuna Express Way have gone many folds. When I investigated, I hear that it’s the development authorities who have increased the prices. The area offers great value for money deals and good possible returns for a period of five to seven years. You have not mentioned whether you are seeking property purely as an investment or you actually plan to live in the apartment. Gurgaon Faridabad road is still developing and a number of real estate Townships are coming up in the region. As of now only one township by Ansals is complete and the number of people who have moved in the township is quite low. The possible reason could be some law and order problems in the evenings in the area. Secondly, as far as pricing is concerned, a 2BHK unit is offered at an estimated cost of Rs 52.79 lakh which is almost at par with what private developers are asking for a ready-for-possession flat or one that would be ready in the next three to six months .Hi ,
