Hi, the last that i know is that the project has got all the paper work done and is in the finishing stages and expecting to give possession another 3-4 months time... it seems that banks like HDFC and ICICI is financing the project so i guess teh approvals and paperwork are all ok else private banks will not have approved loans..............

Hi, while searching for best project to do investment in Sector-103, I came to know about this project .Then I spoke with their executive regarding price trend..So he made me clear that, in mid of 2012 the price was around 3000/sq-ft but in now in 2014 it raised up to 4600/sq-ft. hi… yes it is, the 250km stretch has many emerging real estate hotspots like Manesar, Dharuhera, Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Kotputli and Alwar..Manesar, Dharuhera and Bhiwadi are satellite cities of Gurgaon and have a thriving industrial sector. Manesar is also witnessing commercial developments and residential projects by ABW, DLF, SARE and Sidharatha, which have seen good demand on account of their affordability.

Gurgaon, which is close to Delhi and part of the NCR has seen huge growth.With existing road infrastructure in the form of NH-8 and the Gurgaon city exhausting its land resources nearer the main city, the city boundaries have been pushed further down NH-8. Real estate players like Vatika, DLF, orris, Godrej, Emaar MGF, 3C, Ansal API and Spaze have already started their projects which are nearing completion.
yeah… The residential real estate sector has seen exponential growth along NH8 with residential projects on the upcoming Dwarka-Gurgaon expressway which runs nearly parallel to the NH-8.

Hi Sarthi, Alwar is part of Delhi NCR and is in the state of Rajasthan, this area is infact called as the gateway to rajasthan...easily approachable on the delhi-jaipur highway, the area is gaining lots of importance mainly because of the industrial development happening in the areas of Bhiwadi, Neemrana, khushkhera and the upcoming Behror area and the residential projects that are investment hotspot. The city has all the basic facilities to be used as a end use area but people from Delhi or gurgaon might not prefer it as of now and say in another 5-8 years time the area will see much more development. Alwar is surrounded by the Aravalli Hills and has a unique recognition because of Sariska Van Abhyaranya and the Bala-Quila which are the major attraction in this area.

Yeah !! there happened a fire in the jhuggis at Nathupur village last week and the fire officials and other people rushed to take stock. The MCG commisioner was also there and he got to know that they were illegal building coming up and ordered demolition. the locals reverted and injured many...
It is also said that the locals held the commissioner hostage also and injured as many as 6 government employees. they were taken to hospital and discharged the next day

Hi All, I came to know that "The state government of Haryana" has approved a plan to provide "affordable-housing" units to the people from "Economically weaker sections".According to the new affordable-housing policy,a developer is allowed to construct and sell small-housing units measuring between 300 sq ft and 645 sq ft under EWS and LIG category.
The maximum allotment rate of apartments under such project will range from Rs 3,000-4,000 per sq ft depending upon the higher,medium and lower potential towns divided by the state under different districts.The houses under this scheme would cost as low as Rs 12 lakh for 300 sq ft units and Rs 25 lakh for 645 sq ft units.

Hi, As per my knowledge this builder has completed nearly 23 projects in Greater Noida, Noida . Most of the projects are in these location. They are basically focusing on these two locations. They have 59 on going projects in Noida, Greater Noida & Agra.

Hi, As per my experience, I will say that, It is a well planned & best future townships in Gurgaon. This is one of most promising upscale localities. Many development is being done in & around this sector.This sector is prime & decent locality with good environment. Lots of open spaces and mainly dominated by builder floor apartments and villas in this locality. It is a peaceful, pollution free & hazel free traffic area.

Hi Karan, I think this mixed project will make some noise in Gurgaon . This residential cum commercial project is locating in prime location which draws many investors as well as home buyers. For those who wants to get good return in investment , for them this project is very much suitable.

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a resale property in CHD avenue sohna road gurgaon the possesion of which has been given by the builder 6 months ago. Booking of this affordable housing project is going on , next month is the draw date .

Hi Atul, I am a service person and want to take Personal Loan. Can you tell me what are the criteria set by a bank for personal loan? And how much interest i have to pay? This interest should be monthly or annually? Do they levy compound interest? What is the current rate of interest for housing loan?
Hi Sunil, i will always suggest you to not go for personal loan because its rate of interest in higher. It is somewhere around 11.59% to 13.50% as per January 2017. It also varies from Bank to Bank, loan tenure and the amount taken. Apart from that there ae some hidden charges like one time processing fee which is 0.5% to 1.5%.
