Also a number of illegal constructions have cropped up in NR Mohalla. Some of these are right on the drains, blocking the sewage flow, which eventually makes them all overflow on to the roads. I'm not sure if the prices have increased lately, I had checked at the time of its completion. Back then the apartments were priced at Rs 4090 psf, So a 2bhk flat in Jayashree Residences back then used to cost roughly Rs 45 lacs. Also the locality has the Kaveri River surrounding it's outskirts. I wouldn't personally recommend the place just yet,because in my opinion it hasn't developed into a residential locality. The existing law has a lot of limitatrion on how much land the ssocieties can allot and distribute. I mean , the present one is not flexible.
